Ideal hotel for a young family
Hotel is ideal for a family with young children. Pools are not too crowded and the hotel is small enough for your kids not to lose you when going the snack bar etc. Food is good quality with lots of choice for kids and grown ups alike. The entertainment team are great with the little one and offer lots of activities during the day. On the constructive side the hotel rooms could do with a bit of an update in places.
Great holiday
Brilliant time, good food, pools and drinks. Fun entertainment in the evening and our 2 bed room is huge. Kids and adults are enjoying it a lot
Wedding
We’ve had a wonderful holiday overall, and despite a few issues with our room during our stay, the staff have genuinely been amazing and deserve so much credit for their kindness, friendliness and willingness to help. They have really made a difference to our experience, and we can’t thank them enough.
The absolute highlight of our stay was my sister’s wedding, which was nothing short of phenomenal! It was such a special and memorable occasion, and the hotel provided the backdrop for a day we will never forget. ❤️
Pleasant No Frills
stayed in October. Arrived late and showed to room, we had 3 adults and 1 child in our room - the 2 single beds in the living area were not suitable for an adult to sleep on and because they slid around the floor with a hard floor to fall on we couldn’t let our child sleep in the other - next day reception were helpful and joined the beds up and added a topper so our adult son was ok but our child had to sleep between us. The room 5233 was very bare and basic, infested with Ants (reported twice and they did try to help us) and the shower drain smelt awful (also reported) also the shower was bad - barely a luke warm dribble (reported). I did not like the area at all, run down lots of wasteland, stray cats, saw rats, cockroaches- and scruffy, but i never felt unsafe and the Mall and Supermarket within walking distance was appreciated- any other trip required a taxi. Pool areas good, generally hotel and grounds kept clean. All inclusive drinks were cheap poor quality drinks that all came out the same dispenser tasted horrid - we ended up buying decent ones but free flowing nice filtered water. Food was decent - it’s a 3 star all inclusive remember! but we enjoyed the buffet but my fussy Autistic son seriously suffered and hardly ate - lesson learned for me. Majority of people there seemed satisfied with the food. Staff great at clearing tables and tidying up restaurant. If we raised a concern we were listened to and offered help. Best for young families who are happy to stay around the pool/hotel - we wouldn’t return.
