Just spent 11 nights at this family hotel 1st to 13th July 26. Start with the positives. Food. The food was very good for an all inclusive with good choice which surprised us with the such high standard. Good snack bar again with plenty of choice for adults and children. Pool areas very good, however kids pool gets very busy, but we as grandparents visited the beach most days leaving our daughter and son in law with our granddaughter by the pool. Negatives. The towels for sunbeds was not controlled and the time that people were putting towels on beds started in the early hours of the morning. The hotel claim that they don't allow this but they clearly do. The rooms are dated but a good size, cleaning not the best and do not check and replenish facilities in the room. On one occasion there was no shower gell and when we rang reception we were told to go to reception to collect it, to which we refused. It was only later that a hotel assistant brought the items to our room. Note ladies with long hair take your own dryer as the hair dryers in the room are useless. Drinks. All inclusive we're typically all inclusive and not great. 5 out of 10. Overall. We did enjoy our time there as a family, but probably wouldn't return. Final note. Cleaning to the communal areas was sub standard. The staff in the main were nice but there was the odd one or two that struggled to raise a smile.
The Hotel/Gardens facilities were great. Vast choice of food for All inclusive. Staff all very friendly and helpful.
Sunbeds around pool fill up fast, only downside was that beds could be reserved all day with no occupants.
Myself and my Daughter (11) visited the spa for massages. Staff made my daughter feel at ease and we both enjoyed the relaxation. Definitely recommend if you want a relaxing massage.
This is definitely not a family hotel theres trouble every night the bar staff giving young girls pure vodka to a point there passing out and vulnerable. Cockroaches all over bedrooms. The sunbed situation guest are putting towels down at 10pm onwards. When you make a complaint to hotel management they make up lies and threaten you to be put on the street too silence you well maybe worked in the past but not with me ive paid alot of money for are yearly family holiday its like being on a ruff council estate and that's being kind
Me and my partner stayed here for a week on our first holiday. When we arrived we were given our room on the ground floor and we were mistaken by the layout of the room and thought we had been mistakenly put in the Mayfair Gardens (we hadn’t been) and we preferred a room with a balcony for our towels, when I spoke to reception the staff were very helpful and the next day we were moved to a different room at no extra cost and the new room was perfect for us.
Our favourite food night was the Greek/Cypriot night, we found that the other nights the food could have been slightly better, their could have been 2-3 more hot food options, however the deserts were perfect.
The daytime entertainment was good (water polo, volleyball etc) however the night time entertainment was very repetitive, there seems to be bingo every night, and karaoke was advertised for Sunday but never happened which was particularly disappointing for us.
The night time table service could have been better aswell as it seemed if you weren’t closer to the bar on the ‘inside’ tables you would be waiting a long time to have glasses collected and orders taken.
The pool was perfect, and we got up at 7am to get our towels out where there was plenty of sunbeds available at that time so that very reasonable for us.
The Flying Pig bar was reasonably priced especially with a 10% discount on drinks for those staying at the hotel, and the flying pig bar is also connected into the hotel, easily accessible from the pool.
The hotel also has a mini market in it where they sell everything you may need for your stay.
Location amazing atmosphere amazing rooms gorgeous
