A most amazing time in this Hotel ,we spent 10 days in here ,we had room 005 with our swim up.The accomodation was beautiful,we could not of asked for more ,All the staff were lovely from the reception,bars . restaurants,they could not of been more helpful ,in the main restaurant,a big thankyou to Fatullah,who went above and beyond for me,and was a delight to see every time. Another big shout out to say thankyou to Both Tamara and Anastasia,who were the Guest Relations Staff ,These two ladies were amazing so helpful with me especially as I had a medical diet ,so they ensured I had food available for me when I Dined in the main restaurant,Tamara even went and kindly got me decaf tea bags as I could not find any,so this was greatly appreciated.The most amazing act they did was arrange a lovely restaurant venue for our wedding anniversary,it was so nice.We will. Definitely be coming back again , hopefully Oct ,
5/5 Stars – An Unforgettable Deluxe Experience!
We have had the most fantastic stay here! The food is genuinely good and high quality—completely defying the usual "average" standard you so often get at all-inclusive resorts.
If you are visiting, we highly recommend upgrading to the Deluxe package. It is absolutely worth every penny! Having our own reserved sunbeds waiting for us every morning completely took the stress out of our pool days, and the access to premium drinks made the whole experience feel incredibly luxurious.
What truly made our vacation unforgettable, though, was the spectacular service. Three staff members completely stole the show and made our trip:
- Jonathan (Poolside Service): Jonathan is a true professional with a genuinely kind heart. He was incredibly attentive from the moment we arrived and amazingly remembered our exact drink order from day one. He always had our best interests at heart, constantly checking in to ensure we were happy and perfectly looked after.
- Ermos (Poolside Service): Ermos brought so much joy to our days! He is incredibly knowledgeable about the resort, but what we loved most was how he always joked around with us. He has a wonderful, fun personality that instantly made us feel comfortable and completely at home.
-Gourav (Lifeguard): Gourav has a truly clean heart and goes above and beyond what you expect from a lifeguard. He is deeply committed to ensuring that absolutely everyone feels safe, welcomed, and appreciated. He genuinely went out of his way to be incredibly friendly, polite, and respectful to us every single day, which meant the world to us.
Management should be incredibly proud to have Jonathan, Ermos, and Gourav on their team. They turned a great holiday into a perfect one. We will definitely be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was perfect, but the service truly stood out. A special thanks to Foroulla, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. Her attentive and warm hospitality made our experience so memorable. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!
