Great hotel in a beautiful setting.Everything about this hotel is lovely. The view, the cleanliness, the food and the staff who are so friendly and helpful. We had a great relaxing holiday and this was our fourth stay here. Hopefully we will return.

Relaxing holiday
Arrived at 1am due to flight delay to a lovely supper left in our room which was very welcome. We booked an elite superior sea view room lovely size room, very comfy bed, wine and fruit on arrival and champagne the day before we left. Room kept very clean by the lovely housekeeping staff. Breakfast was in the pygmalion restaurant, lovely views over the sea, fantastic breakfast choice, and dinner was very good, lots of choices of good food. Every evening we spent at the rooftop cocktail bar, amazing views of sunset. We had an issue with the beach cabana our room was assigned but sorted out very quickly by management, but feel compared to other hotel cabana we had these were abit tired. Plenty of sunbeds from what I could see even with people rushing out at 7am put bag the particular one they wanted, abit sad really as it was clear there are more than enough beds all in nice areas. Grounds kept lovely as was inside hotel. Any issues very quickly dealt with, a couple of light bulbs went in our room, sorted straight away and they checked we were satisfied with it. Location great bus down the road by tea for two, 2 euros into paphos and opposite back, 15-20 minutes walk along sea front if you'd prefer to walk. All staff very friendly, helpful, polite, shout out to Nikoletta, Luna, and to the staff in upstairs cocktail bar. Would definitely go back to the sea view elite superior room worth it for the extras and great size room. A lovely relaxing holiday which is just what we wanted, if you want loud entertainment, very late early hours bars this is not for you, if you want a relaxing holiday, great hotel, fantastic staff and good food you cant go wrong at Athena Royal Beach.

A hotel is only as good as its staff
Here at this hotel at the moment. This is our third visit and have no complaints whatsoever. Very comfortable hotel, spacious grounds, excellent food and barbecue night was stunning. Staff in all departments who go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful holiday. Thank you. The only other comment I would make, which is nothing to do with the hotel, I just wish there were some decent bars in the area of the hotel, what we did find were very poor.

Perfect relaxing holiday
Amazing hotel on a perfect beach front location. Everything about our holiday was perfect, lovely and quiet for sunbathing, entertainment each evening, plenty of activities should you wish to join in. Rooms were immaculate and extremely spacious. All the staff were so helpful whether you were in reception, bars, restaurants, spa, hairdressers, bowling, first class. For the high quality of your accommodation such good value for money.
