This hotel is located a few meters away from the fishing district and within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. In addition to the hotel you will find many shops, bars and entertainment venues. The hotel is dividided into studios all fully furnished and with a private balcony. The studios contain a kitchen containing microwave. They are very bright and spacious and are equipped with air conditioning TV and private bathroom. If traveling with children the hotel provides babysitting, playground, and children's pool, among others.

Overall great value for money the staff especially Christalla are wonderful, the food is beautiful and tasty. My only even better if would be sunbed allocation- there isn’t enough sunbeds for everyone and there are so many reserving beds with towels and not laying on them all day!
Great hotel
My partner and I stayed here for a week and had a lovely time. The food was great and varied and the staff (special shout out for Demos!) were wonderful. The location is fantastic and the pool area is sublime.

I originally booked this hotel thinking it was the sister hotel, Paphos Gardens, where I had stayed previously. However, it turned out to be the Basilica and I’m so pleased we stayed here.
The location is fantastic. It is very central but surprisingly quiet, with our room facing the pool area, there is a supermarket facing the hotel and no issues with noise at all. There is also a free archaeological dig site directly behind the hotel, where you can walk around and explore some amazing old ruins, which was a lovely added bonus.
The food was absolutely lovely and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The only small issue was that the beds were a little hard, but when I mentioned this to reception, they explained that they could have changed the mattress if we had let them know sooner, which shows how accommodating they are. Christella the receptionist was brilliant and very friendly, in-fact we didn’t encounter one staff member who wasn’t friendly or helpful.
For the price point, location and overall experience, this hotel was fantastic. You are less than a five-minute walk from the harbour, shops and restaurants, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.
I would say it is better suited to families with older children rather than younger ones, as there is not a huge amount for small children to do within the hotel itself. However, the location makes up for this as everything you need is right on your doorstep.
We had a brilliant stay and would definitely return and recommend. We decided to do all inclusive with the hotel and it was well worth it, few more food cloches are needed but that’s my personal preference.

Great hotel for families and very close to the Harbour and the main strip. Christalia was brilliant and always made us welcome and laugh.
