Brilliant stay 🇨🇾🌞
Great hotel & great staff. Special shout out to Nazmul on reception, very helpful and very kind. Hotel is a great location, only a about 25-30mins walk down to harbour but bus stop outside hotel which is €2-€4 over to harbour. Rooms in hotel are great, comfy beds, everything you need, towels & bedding changed everyday. Entertainment staff keep the kids & big kids entertained all day but dont mither you if you just want to relax and sunbathe, all in all great stay and will definitely be returning 🇨🇾 🌞

A very pleasant place to stay. Very well located, just off a main road with buses to the town centre and the harbour available from the bus station a few hundred metres walk away. Other buses are available just outside the hotel on the main road.
Reception is friendly and helpful. We arrived pretty late so they gave us some sandwiches and bottles of water.
The room was a little dated, but everything in it worked pretty well. The room was massive with decent views over the pool etc.
The bar staff were also friendly and efficient. The drinks prices pretty cheap.
The restaurant staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Very good at tidying things away and making suggestions for places that we may wish to visit while in Cyprus. The food was pretty good value for money.
Wheelchairs ramps and lifts make most of the place accessible.

Good hotel and staff
Love this hotel staff are great big shout out to chand always knew our drink always with a smile and chat this my 2nd time here will be back next year can’t wait. Walking distance to places and good bus routes

Relaxing holiday with my teenage daughter
The hotel upgraded myself & teenage daughter to a suite, overlooking the sea, so we both had our own bedroom areas. The rooms were spacious, although a little 'tired' in appearance. The master bed was huge with a comfy mattress, although I found the pillows a bit on the 'firm' side & my daughter had a pullout sofa bed that she said was also comfy. The bathroom was a little on the small side, but the shower was always hot & powerful! The hotel is clean & tidy (although a little tired in places) and the pool area was also very clean. The staff in the dining hall were polite and made sure the tables were cleared & re-laid straight away. The food was mostly varied & catered for most tastes (in my opinion). Again, the food was always hot & fresh. We were all inclusive and there were lots of (local) drinks available including cocktails. The bar staff were brilliant - they took the time to get to know our names & preferred drinks and were always so happy! George, the bar manager is a lovely man with a team he can be proud of!! The 2 man entertainment team were also fabulous! Cosmin & Yves offered simple entertainment around the pool in the day & the entertainment arranged to suit everyone in the evening (kids & adults), the bingo lingo will stay with us 😂 Location wise, it's mostly a 10-15 minute to a good selection of bars & restaurants. And a 10 min walk to the bus station, which is €2 to all the places we wanted to visit. All in all, I would recommend this hotel and would definitely return again!
Exceptional Customer Service and a Wonderful 20th Anniversary Stay
My wife Akua and I booked the Avlida Hotel to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Upon late arrival on our first night, we had a slight hiccup with our initial room—it had an adjoining door and just wasn't the quiet, private space we had hoped for on such a special milestone trip. However, a hotel’s true quality is shown by how they handle issues, and the Avlida team absolutely excelled! We went to reception the next morning and had the pleasure of speaking with Natalie, the Customer Relations Manager. She was brilliant, warm, professional, and completely understanding. She immediately arranged for us to be moved to a much better, more private room without any fuss. To top it all off, when we entered our new room, we were greeted with an incredibly thoughtful surprise: a bottle of bubbly on ice and a beautiful "Happy Anniversary" card from the team. It is thoughtful touches and outstanding customer care like this that turn a good holiday into an unforgettable one. A massive thank you to Natalie and the rest of the staff for going above and beyond to make our 20th anniversary in Paphos so special. We are thoroughly enjoying the rest of our all-inclusive stay and the beautiful coastal walks right on the hotel's doorstep. Highly recommended!
