Here at the moment for our third time, amazing as it has been in the past apart from no Camilla at the adult pool bar today and tomorrow!!!! No table or bed service!!! Would be nice if the other staff were as enthusiastic as she is?
Clean and relaxing experience. Thank you to Dil and Kiran for the relaxing massage.
We have just returned from our third stay at Aphrodite Hills in as many years and somehow it just keeps getting better. We were genuinely sad to leave and are already looking forward to returning.
We stayed in the same Family Suite with Seaside View and Hot Tub that we’ve booked on each of our visits. The suite is spacious, beautifully appointed and immaculately clean, with a large bathroom featuring both a walk-in shower and separate bath. The mini fridge was restocked daily and evening turndown service was provided each night.
The biggest reason we continue to return, however, is the people. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, professional and genuinely invested in making sure every guest had the best possible holiday.
As a coeliac, travelling can often be daunting, but Aphrodite Hills remains the best all-inclusive resort we’ve experienced for gluten-free dining. I feel completely safe eating here.
A special mention has to go to Executive Chef Andreas, who is almost always available to offer advice, answer questions and prepare fresh food away from the buffet whenever needed. Everything is clearly labelled and cross-contamination is taken extremely seriously, with dedicated preparation areas and procedures in place.
A fantastic new addition this year is the ability to pre-order anything from any of the à la carte restaurant menus during the afternoon, with the chefs preparing it to your dietary requirements that evening. It is an incredible service and nothing is ever too much trouble.
Having gluten-free beer available is also a real bonus, as it’s something that’s still surprisingly rare. During our stay I was able to enjoy burritos, sushi, churros and even a selection of gluten-free Danish pastries at breakfast. To have that level of choice while feeling completely safe is exceptional.
The food throughout the resort was outstanding. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch in the Eleonas Restaurant, breakfast in the Fig & Olive, dinner at El Sabor Mexican, and both the à la carte and teppanyaki experiences at Nusan. Every meal was superb.
Our thanks go to so many wonderful members of the team, including:
Every one of them contributed to making our holiday so memorable.
We’ve seen a few recent comments regarding sun loungers, but this wasn’t our experience during our stay in mid-July 2026. Even at around 10am there were still plenty available. Naturally the most popular spots are claimed first, but that’s to be expected anywhere. We’re early risers anyway, so were always happy with our seat of choice and never had any difficulty finding somewhere we wanted to spend the day.
The poolside drinks service was excellent and always friendly, quick and attentive.
The Sunset Bar has had a lovely upgrade to its outdoor seating area since our last visit, making it an even better place to spend the evening. The Carob Lounge has also been refurbished and now feels even more comfortable and inviting.
A special mention also goes to Loizos, the General Manager. He has been at Aphrodite Hills throughout the years we’ve been visiting and is clearly doing an outstanding job. The resort genuinely improves every year while maintaining the warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests returning.
Finally, one story perfectly sums up the level of service here.
One evening at around 11.30pm we realised a small cuddly caterpillar that means a great deal to us had disappeared. After searching everywhere (and with a few tears!), we concluded it must have become wrapped up in the bedding when housekeeping changed the sheets.
We called reception, who simply asked us to give them ten minutes.
Less than ten minutes later there was a knock at our door. Our little caterpillar had seemingly made its way to the laundry, but the front of house team had already found him and brought him safely back to us. It was such a small thing in the grand scheme of the hotel, yet they treated it with genuine care and urgency. That level of service is something we’ll never forget.
Thank you to Loizos and every single member of the Aphrodite Hills team for another unforgettable holiday. We honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else and are already looking forward to our fourth visit.
Amazing experience - the building itself is beautiful with amazing facilities and my massage by Dil was one of the best I’ve ever had - 5 stars would recommend!
We came to this hotel last year and loved it so I brought a friend back for an important milestone birthday. We had a private pool room which was beautiful and cleaned every day and such lovely pool staff. The housekeeping and mini bar staff were amazing and so lovely. The room was great and could not be faulted. The food was amazing everywhere we ate. The only criticism and it is a minor one, there was one server at the main pool bar and also one at the snack bar that when we asked for a drink and food they actually rolled their eyes, did not engage and talk, smile like everyone else did. They were rude. I would recommend this hotel 100% however and we will come back
