All so brilliant and lovely staff and the area is so beautiful the experience was amazing

In the previous message, it was mentioned that the drinks during the meals were not served on time.

We stayed at the hotel for five days on a half-board basis and had breakfast and dinner every day. We never had any problems with the drinks — neither hot drinks nor alcoholic beverages. We are family of seven includes two kids I would like to highlight the excellent service we received throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed.

The service both in the dining room and in the restaurants was excellent. We visited the Italian restaurant and really enjoyed both the food and the service. Jordan was always kind, friendly, and smiling, both in the dining room and at the Italian restaurant.

We also used the spa area, swimming pools, and beach, and we have absolutely no complaints. Everything was well organized, clean, and worked perfectly.

When we informed the hotel that we had a late flight, the reception staff found a solution and arranged a room for us for a few hours so we could freshen up and get ready before our flight.

Let me start with the positives: Great location Nicely presented hotel Nice staff (although didnt really engage with us) Amazing seaview worth paying for Great kids club (although they didnt keep to timetable which upset my daughter) Swimming pool good size Allocated sunbeds are great (although stayed 11 nights & managed to get pool front row for the last 3 days!) Food & restaurants lovely, 7 Orchids the best by far even beating Garibaldi! The head waiter made our daughter feel special, thank you 😊 Negatives: Having to pay 5 euros a day for the fridge, you should be able to put water in there to cool down Pool bar - definately a flaw in the system. Someone charged their drinks to our room!! As they only ask for a room number & signature. They do not check any ID. This put a dampener on our holiday when checking out. The receptionist let us off almost like its a common flaw. This definately needs sorting out asap. We addressed this with Flawia (guest services) however no response or apology. All in all we loved the hotel, however for a 4.5 star a complimentary fridge should be included. We wouldn't come back as there are many hotels to visit in the world, that is no way a negative towards the Alexander Hotel.
