Great location, the best sea view, best sunsets view, great hospitality, very good breakfast, nice room (need a bit of renovation), amazing pools, lots of parking.
We will come back!
Our stay was excellent. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The management was clearly on top of everything, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and that guests were well taken care of. Their attention to detail and commitment to great service really made a difference. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.
Clean and spacious rooms, nice pools, nice bar. We wanted to play some billiard but it was out of order, then wanted to play darts but it was out of order as well. We had only breakfast and paid for dinner one night, they asked us what we wanted to drink before we could go to the buffet and charged us extra for a juice and coffee we could've got from the buffet (we didn't know it was included as they asked us about a drink first). It is a little far from the main promenade, we drove like 15 minutes, but they also offer taxi services at the hotel.
I couldn’t fault the views and cleanliness of the hotel. My room was spacious and close to pool and restaurant which was good as I was a solo traveller and on that note the hotel really is for couples wanting a chilled out holiday. Evening entertainment was poor and badly advertised. Food was average for an all inclusive hotel. There is one member of staff that outshone everyone else and made me feel very welcome and her name was Krasimira - the rest of the staff should take note as she put the others to shame. There were plenty of sun beds to go around. On the whole it was a pleasant holiday but wouldn’t go back on my own
Our stay was pleasant overall, and the hotel was very clean. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping both the hotel and our room spotless. The views from the hotel are absolutely beautiful, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming and always willing to help.
However, I was disappointed with our room. I wish there had been more detailed information and photos when booking. If I had known it was a ground-floor room without a balcony or any real view, I would have chosen a different room. We had nowhere to dry our wet towels, and even the bathroom had very limited space to hang anything. In the evenings, we were basically limited to sitting inside the room. There was a small terrace, but it wasn't enjoyable because people were constantly walking right past our table.
We booked Full Board, and this was the first hotel I've stayed in where only water was included with lunch and dinner. Even coffee, soft drinks and juice were not available. My son accidentally poured himself some juice during lunch, and within seconds four waitresses appeared as if we had done something wrong. That experience made us feel quite uncomfortable.
The food selection was also disappointing. In a country famous for its fresh fruit, I expected a much wider variety of fruit and fresh fruit juices. Instead, the choice was very limited, and some of the fruit was even canned.
The evening entertainment was a mixed experience. George was absolutely fantastic – he created a wonderful atmosphere, got everyone dancing and made the evenings memorable. Unfortunately, one evening there was a young DJ who simply played music from her computer. We politely asked if she could play one particular song, and she agreed, but after only a few seconds she stopped it, went back to her own playlist and spent the rest of the evening chatting with someone. Many guests seemed disappointed.
Despite these points, we still had a pleasant and memorable holiday thanks to the beautiful views and the wonderful staff.
Thank you, and best wishes.
