Amazing food
The food is good I enjoyed all the activities
A brilliant hotel with amazing staff
We are just coming to the end of a 10 night stay at this hotel as a family of 4. From the start, the service has been first class. We are travelling with 2 children the eldest of which is autistic, which can make buffet restaurants and loud busy places difficult. We contacted the hotel before travelling, explained our issues and asked if we could be assisted with al a carte reservations before our arrival. Ritika was such a help and made us reservations for our first week. On arrival at the hotel, we were met at the door and our luggage collected. Check in took minutes and we were on our way to our room, guided by a dedicated porter who went above and beyond to set out the lay of the hotel, where to find things and made local recommendations. We reserved a suite with sea view. The room was huge, with more than enough wardrobe and drawer space. The balcony was huge, with loungers, table chairs, parasol and lots of space to dry swimwear, store inflatables and to enjoy some private outdoor space. Initially the sunbed situation was dire, with sunbeds reserved from the early hours, so finding one around the pool was tricky. However, within a couple of days the pool attendants started removing towels on beds before 8:30, as a result getting beds became much easier. The pool area is quite small for the size of the hotel, but there is direct access to the beach. Turning to the staff and restaurants, there are really too many to mention, but i'll try. Nikos the head waiter at the pool bar/italian is incredible and a credit to the hotel, it didn't matter how busy or hot it was, he was dedicated to making sure you had what you needed and was a great entertainer. He was supported by Raju, Nitesh and others and they all did a great job. Lumani is a great place for the sunset, the food is incredible, the staff are great and the Cypriot wine incredible. It's worth buying a bottle or 2. Bijay in the coffee bar was always friendly, chatty and attentive, Nir and Georgia in the Asian restaurant were great too. The buffet staff were equally attentive. This hotel really delivers and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a little bit of relaxed luxury for a break. There will be names i've missed from this post, but all of the staff in this hotel, really work hard to give you that hard earned relaxed holiday. We'll definitely return.

Great hotel wonder full staff especially bar staff lubima and mellissa , entertainment team Dudu and meve are fantastic and Bob for accommodating our water polo needs ie so my little boy could play in the middle of the pool rather than deep end !! All entertainment team were great please keep feel good company !! Also the pool Attendance Robinson and co are amazing xx
Disappointing
Having stayed at this hotel 18 years ago i couldn’t fault it back then everything was beautiful but having just come back from a weeks stay I was so disappointed. The room decor has not changed in that time, though the rooms were very clean and towels were changed daily. The food was exceptional cannot fault that either. But the most annoying part of it was the entertainment, it was shocking for a 5 star hotel it was very poor, nothing in the day for the children or adults for that matter maybe some water ball games and Zumba but if the pool was too busy that was cancelled. The pool area is not big enough for the amount of people you cater for. If you don’t grab a bed by 6am your not getting a bed round the pool and they will try and squeeze you in where ever, so then your on top of each other. I’ve always stayed at 5 star hotels that have flown professionals singers/actors for evening entertainment. The kids are entertained throughout the day, coming round to get you up of the lounger to get you involved but nothing of the sort here. The children’s disco was from the you tube channel from a telly on the wall and did not cater for all kids ages. My 8 year old granddaughter was not enjoying head, shoulders knees and toes and baby shark songs.
I couldn’t fault the staff they were all lovely and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help you but I think you could do with more staff within the restaurants as waiting for drinks was sometimes a little to long. I think personally you’ve ruined this hotel by going all inclusive.
Nice stay
The hotel is lovely and the food is excellent, the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and pool towels available free of charge. The buffet was great with different things each day, the pool bar food was amazing and the staff were so friendly - my only comment would be that there wasn’t much for the kids to do of an evening so my son was a little bored. The lobby bar is nice to have a drink and the waitress libuma was great and cheered my son up with cookies and made us feel very welcome and have the best service - the little things like that go a long way would recommend and come back again.
