DIRTY AND SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS AND DIRTY! DO NOT STAY! Arrived in 35 degree heat to be told we have to pay an extra £10 a day for air conditioning even though on our travel documents it says that’s what comes with what we’ve already paid towards the room equaling an extra £200 cost then after speaking to the boss who was VERY rude told us it’s not their problem. Once we arrived in the room, the rooms were filthy, dirty bathroom and dirty bedding, staff don’t seem bothered, I feel dirty just staying here, no hair dryers/soaps/toiletries and half a toilet roll in the room and you have to choose weather you want either the TV on or the fridge, they also don’t have lifts just lots of stairs, I’m type one diabetic and highly pregnant. PLEASE DO NOT STAY.

Absolute joke of a hotel!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Room is an absolute dump. They charge extra for aircon. What type of hotel doesn’t have aircon in 35+ degree heat. I’ve just got here and I want to go home
Great hotel and great location
Just got back from here last week , Great Hotel location, rooms were very nice and clean and staff were great couldn’t do enough to make our stay great, definitely going back
Great time
Just came back from a lovely 10 days couldn’t fault it staff was so friendly pool nice breakfast was good and evening entertainment was great not one thing to complain about breakfast was cooked to order staff in breakfast room was amazing for what we paid no complaints at all and would definitely return . One thing though I think the air conditioning should be free as some families simply could not afford it
Lovely Cypriot family run hotel in the heart of pernera
Amazing family run business, basic but clean rooms lovely pool area , great bar for free entertainment almost every night , inc loads of tv’s for the sport, very well run no queuing drinks arrive in no time , excellent restaurant and ice cream shop ,in the heart of pernera , 5 minutes to the beach ,surrounded by shops and bars, center of protoras half an hour stroll away , enjoyed every minute can’t wait to return
