1-week stay – Perfect location & warm hospitality!

Fantastic Vrissaki Beach Hotel
Just back from an amazing 10 day visit to the Vrissaki Beach Hotel Protaras to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. Both my husband and I loved absolutely everything, what a beautiful hotel. Upon arrival the reception staff were super friendly and professional and we were made to feel at home straight away. Our room was perfect , spacious, clean with stunning views of the sea. Breakfast was great, so much choice and the morning staff were always on hand to help. The location of this hotel is superb, right on the beach with everything you could want just a short distance away. The hotel has such a beautiful atmosphere, we felt so comfortable and that is definitely due to all members of staff, such a great relationship between them. All in all our stay was amazing and can’t wait to go back next year.

The best hotel
Been coming to protaras for 9 years trying different hotels and vrissaki beach hotel is by far the best, we’re on our 3rd stay here. Perfect location for the beach and central to the strip. The staff are so friendly, take time to talk to you even the manger stops to talk never had that in any other hotel in any country. Recommend this hotel 100%.

Sun bed rules not followed through by the hotel.
Good location as just a few steps to the beach.
Staff were excellent and very hard working.
4th floor room with lovely sea views. A bizarre point - two small bedside drawers but out of the three other drawers, two were false?
The room and hotel were extremely clean, standards were top notch.
Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. The fresh juice and the omelette station were particularly good.
Downsides: Ridiculous sun bed wars. Couldn't believe that towels were put on beds as early as 5.45am. Apparently not allowed but this rule wasn't followed through by the hotel.
We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool. However, the pool was only open now and again at odd hours. Every time I went for an indoor swim the pool was closed. When this was brought to the attention of a staff member, she said, 'this was Cyprus, the sea is warmer than the pool anyway' Simply not the point. Hours of opening and closing were not on display, making it a guessing game.
The Spa: I had a wellness massage. The facial and the Indian Head Massage which were part of the wellness treatment, were very disappointing. The Indian Head Massage especially was dreadful as the therapist simply rubbed my scalp in the same place for around 15 mins. This was not the therapist's fault as she obviously hadn't been trained.
Because of the sun bed wars (which we didn't join into) and the indoor pool, we have to give an 'average' rating.

Brilliant holiday
Friendly welcome hardworking staff. Check in seamless. Hotel spotless, House keeping did amazing job. Room great size, tea coffee facilties, fridge, hairdryer, clean white towels, free safe. Seaview stunning, great location on beach, 5 mins to main strip. Pool area clean and tidy, young guy with glasses sorry didn't get his name was so friendly and made amazing cocktails. Quite a selection on all inclusive. Pool towels included in all inclusive Dining in the bikini restaurant beautiful setting again staff very attentive but not over powering. Great selection of food, breakfast, snack, evening meal. The only criticism food was not a a hot temperature. This didn't ruin the holiday Would we stay again yes 😁
