This upmarket hotel is located in Protaras approximately 200 metres walk from the beach. Numerous shops, restaurants and bars are also situated in the immediate vicinity. The centre, with its many cultural and entertainment venues, is approximately 2 km away. This establishment offers guests spacious rooms, all beautifully decorated and fully furnished with modern amenities. Guests can spend their day in the outdoor complex, which houses a freshwater swimming pool with children's paddling area as well as sun loungers and parasols. Furthermore, there is a Jacuzzi, a sauna and a massage service available. Sports enthusiasts may like to work out in the hotel gym, play table tennis, billiards or tennis.

Great food
Can’t fault the food at all. We only ate out once because the food was that good. Great pool, very clean and tidy and friendly staff. Lovely walk along to protaras , very flat and picturesque but a bus is only €2

Value for money
I would look at the this in the sense of you get what you pay for. Rooms were clean and the staff were very attentive. The location was great for the beach but a 20 minute walk to the strip. I would suggest paying the extra to get a 5* if you’re expecting to stay somewhere spectacular though. It’s Cyprus, not Turkey or Tunisia.

Enjoyable experience

Honest review
Location - 15/20 minute walk to the main strip in Protaras. 15 Mins to the beach
Atmosphere - Good but could be better, the entertainment team are as entertaining as paint drying, they could be far better and need to be ‘ENTERTAINING’
Food - Better than expected, something for everyone and plenty for those brits who love home food, ie, pizza, chips, burgers, all the boring stuff. Plenty to choose from for all cultures. Only criticism is the breakfast could be a bit warmer, the hot food was just about warm. Oh, and you can enjoy a game of musical chairs with the waiters, if you leave to get food, they clear your table and put new people in your chairs so you stand there with a plate of food looking a bit lost! Maybe the waiters could be re-trained around service!
Drinks -Can’t complain about drinks, beer was good, cocktails good, wine good, you can get bottled water from the bar anytime included in your all inclusive. Angela at the snack shack (outside pool bar) is brilliant along with the pool side snacks.
Pools - Main pool is big, deep end is 2 meters, plenty of sun loungers around, sun and shade. Pools for littles too along with the pools by the apartments side. Pool area is clean, the pool attendants come around regularly.
Rooms - Now, this brings me on to the downside. I stayed in the Tsokkos Gardens Apartments which is not the hotel, its next door. This is a 2* - 3* at best location. The whole building is dated and isn’t exciting to enter. The rooms are clean but dated with random furniture but you do get a safety deposit box. I appreciate you can’t expect all guests to respect each other but be cautious with the idiots who stay in the apartments and come back in the early hours, play loud music and smoke drugs on the balcony, which blows into the reception area. The door knock loudly and the lift bell is annoying as hell! The maids are nice though.
Overall - For what we paid for 2 adults, i would say was fair. The whole building, both apartments and hotel needs modernising or bringing into the 2000’, its a bit 80’s. The manager seems to want to change things but start with the basics, bit of paint, bit of new furniture, train the staff better. Would i recommend, yes, would i go again, yes for the right price. This could be great if things were improved, the only thing that lets it down as is no fault of the hotel is the few guests who are just disrespectful, loud and frankly vile.
Ok but only just
On first arrival all seems good ,got to hotel 1.30 in morning reception quick and helpful. Food good ,hotel good rooms need updating especially the showers fixing on wall held up by a wing and a prayer . Bar staff need to smile a bit more and b a bit more personal. Would help your tip box. All in all ok but would u believe run out of spirits and coke. Only serving wine and beer ,went down the local pub. All inclusive. Little things need to b addressed running out of plates and cutlery at lunch time ok will not b returning
