Absolutely faultless!
Absolutely wonderful hotel in every way. We are so sad to leave, it’s our last day and as I sit by the gorgeous pool listening to the most talented violinist I wanted to write a review to thank everyone at this fabulous hotel for the best holiday! The staff are what makes this place so special. We have never been so well looked after on any holiday. My 11 year old son has Crohn’s Disease and has a very restricted diet. Every morning Kumar greeted us with a smile and his special plate of gluten free treats! He is an absolute credit to the place! Total gentleman and so kind! My son has been very poorly and had lost so much weight. He is going home half a stone heavier! Nothing was too much trouble! His lunch was specially prepared and every single staff member looked after him. Thank you Marinos, Anis, Amir, Biraj, you’ve all been wonderful and greeted us every day with huge smiles! The hotel is comfortable, immaculately clean and the food is to die for! The cocktails are gorgeous. The pool staff never stop working, from the lovely friendly lifeguard to the pool bar staff who made my sons special shakes. Nothing at all was too much trouble. We were bed and breakfast and everything was reasonably priced but next time we will be All Inclusive. It really is worth it for the standard of food offered. Nicos you have built an absolutely first class hotel where guests leave as friends and I’ve never known a manager to be so accommodating and committed to every guest having the best stay. Thank you!

Your never blue at The Blue Ivy
Spent another 2 wonderful weeks at this amazing hotel !! (between last week in July and 1st week in August) I have previously reviewed this fabulous hotel and I am still drawn like a moth to a Light. Great location - amazing food - very friendly staff -as always. Special mentions to Nikolai - perfect bartender ***** Khan and Zoe - for exceptional service throughout our stay !! Karolina (Pool Bar) great personality and a smile with every drink !! Marinos - Maitre D - Warm and genuine guy who makes this dining room tick with his warm welcome and personality. ALL the chefs for the exceptional food !! David - who else would would it be- great guy !! Elanay - Head of Housekeeping - The unsung heroes of this great hotel despite her recent injury still manages to run a tight ship with outstanding cleaning standards deserves a medal and my personal thanks for her assistance during my stay. Last but not least the Manager Nicos - A man for all seasons . He always has time for all his guests - whether it's a hug or a handshake he always makes you feel special and that's a very difficult thing to do. Looking forward to our next visit in October. Thank you all !!

Another Fantastic stay
We absolutely love the Blue Ivy and have just enjoyed another fantastic stay. This was a return visit, although we hadn’t notified the hotel that we were coming back, so we were especially touched by the lovely welcome.
The hotel is beautiful and perfectly situated between the beach and the main strip. The staff are all so kind, friendly and welcoming, but a special mention has to go to Nico, the manager. He is very visible around the hotel, approachable and takes the time to personally meet and speak with guests.
When we arrived at our room, there was a card explaining that it wasn’t the room we had booked and that we had been upgraded. We also had some lovely little extras in the room, which were very much appreciated. Nico then personally spoke to us and said he wanted to gift us something, giving us a voucher for a complimentary meal. I’m not sure whether he recognised us as returning guests, but it was such a kind and generous gesture and made us feel really appreciated.
The only downside is the sunbed situation, which really is quite mad! We witnessed people running to reserve beds, with towels then being left on them while they were unoccupied for long periods. I do think a fairer system should be introduced, perhaps with a time limit on unattended beds, as it would make things much fairer for everyone.
Aside from that, we absolutely love the Blue Ivy. ❤️ The beautiful hotel, fantastic location, wonderful staff and personal touches make it somewhere we will happily return to.
Thank you to Nico and the whole team for making our return visit so special. We really appreciate it and will definitely be back! 💙☀️🌴

Lovely holifay
Just returned from our 3rd stay at The Blue Ivy. The hotel is in an ideal location no matter where you want to go on the strip. We had a room with a great view of the sea. Mr Nicos made us feel so welcome and David on reception was so helpful as always. All of the staff are so friendly and always have a smile. Thank you to all of the staff for making our holiday so nice, see you next year.💕x

First visit - but won’t be the last.
I don’t normally write reviews, but on this occasion it seems rude not to….
We travelled as a family of four with two teenage children. I booked the hotel based on previous Trip Advisor reviews, and I’m SO glad I did.
In summary - The hotel is fantastic. The staff are fantastic. The location is fantastic.
Believe the hype.
A special shout out to the Executive Chef who noticed on one evening that our youngest daughter couldn’t find anything at the evening meal which she wanted to eat. He came to our table and in the most subtle and low key way, asked what they could make for her to eat. 10 minutes later, a freshly prepared spaghetti bolognaise arrived at the table. The chef then checked in again every night after that to make sure she had a food option she was happy with. What a top man - thanks again.
We will definitely return to the Blue Ivy. I’d suggest you book here too - you won’t regret it.
