This beach hotel is peacefully situated in Pernera, at a small area on the outskirts of Protaras which has developed into a mini resort in itself. A variety of facilities are immediately available in Pernera including restaurants, bars and fun parks from just 5 minutes' walk away from the hotel. The resort centre of Protaras itself is just a short distance away, approximately a 30-minute stroll from the hotel. This establishment commands a great position overlooking its own private golden beach, with its beautiful gardens and specially designed landscaped pool. A family-run hotel, it has grown from a traditional seafood taverna to a large, comfortable hotel featuring a variety of different amenities. Younger guests are sure to enjoy the playground and kids' club. Guests may dine in the café or restaurant and sip their favourite drink in the bar.

Amazing hotel.
Wow what can I say other than amazing. The hotel is spotlessly clean and smell lovely. The rooms are lovely really modern lovely decor, comfy beds great bathroom 😀. The location is great right on the beach and within easy reach of Protarus and Ayia Napa. The food is excellent great variety and quality from breakfast lunch and dinner and I would say well above average for a 4 star hotel. Great pool with plenty of sunbeds available all day which is rare along with an adults only pool if you want it and always a lifeguard on duty. The bars have plenty of choices for all tastes and I really like coolers very tasty. Andre and his entertainment team are so friendly and engaging along with a lot of fun from the morning to the evening and a special mention for Boti who always makes me smile 👊. The customer service throughout the hotel has been absolutely brilliant not one person hasn’t smiled and very welcoming they can’t do enough for you to ensure you have the best time on your holiday. Overall I would say it’s one of the very best hotels I have ever stayed in and credit to the management team. Obviously given what I have said about it I will be coming back next Year and probably every Year after 😀. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the hotel.
Second visit to Pernera
We visited Pernera beach in June and after such a lovely holiday we decided to return in October This time it was just my Mum and I we chose a room of a higher standard ….. this was the swim up superior twin room with inland view and Balcony Sadly this room did not meet our expectations For such a luxury room we were sat at our balcony and right next to us was the laundry area We were hit with spraying from the laundry funnel every two minutes and even when we moved our chairs still into our area it was still hitting us The noise was also horrendous
I decided I needed to make a complaint
I have to say this complaint was dealt with in a professional manner by your Hotel P R manager Constantinos! He could not do enough to help us, he dealt with the complaint efficiently and offered us alternative accommodation This unfortunately didn’t suit but again he came back and offered us another option this was another Meal in the Asian restaurant we were able to keep our room on the day of departure which he sorted for us He was the most amazing guy who was friendly and helpful throughout the rest of our stay You are very lucky to have him
Overall our stay was still lovely Also a mention for Sam who remembered us and was pleasant and helpful once again The entertainment team also lots of fun !
FANTASTIC
First time at this hotel for my daughters wedding. Absolutely fabulous. Rooms perfect, cleaning staff in rooms polite and accomodating every day outstanding. Restaurants have so much choice you will not want for anything. Bar staff also are attentive. Animation team WOW, Andre, Matice, Tamara and Kitty were great. Kept you on your toes in the day round the pool for our grandkids, kids, great nanna and us. Nightime entertainment is also varied to please everyone. Anyone looking at this hotel will be happy.

Spotless Hotel, Amazing Staff and Excellent Food, great location.
Brilliant holiday!
We enjoyed our stay very much at Pernera Beach Hotel and genuinely cannot fault any of the staff. Every single person we met was attentive, polite and made our holiday feel special. Mara was absolutely lovely, greeting us every day when we went for lunch or dinner, and Pawan was brilliant at keeping our drinks topped up. He was always so polite and made sure we were looked after. On our first night, the welcome from Stavros at reception was tremendous. What an amazing way to start our holiday. All of the other waiting staff were so attentive too. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the service was consistently excellent throughout our two-week stay at the beginning of October. The housekeeping team were absolutely brilliant, very thorough when making up the rooms and cleaning. Everything was spotless every day, and they did a fantastic job throughout our stay. We stayed in a Suite with Inland View, Partition and Balcony, but our room (167) was on the corner, giving us wonderful views of the chapel and the sea. It honestly felt more like a partial sea view than inland. We had asked TUI in advance to request that the sofa bed be made up for our arrival, but it wasn't ready when we got to the room. We could have mentioned it to reception, but instead we used the quilt on the sofa bed for the first night. Housekeeping noticed this and made it up properly the next day. This felt more like something to follow up with TUI rather than the hotel, as the staff themselves were excellent. The hotel itself was spotless, modern and beautifully maintained. It looks like it has had a recent refurbishment. The food was the best we have experienced at an all-inclusive hotel, with an excellent choice and exceptionally good quality throughout our stay. We loved that there was a different theme each evening, which kept mealtimes interesting and gave plenty of variety. One minor observation is that drinks ordered outside at lunchtime could sometimes take a little while to arrive. Occasionally, we waited quite a while after ordering before they arrived. It wasn't a major issue, but something that could perhaps be improved slightly. One thing we didn't personally enjoy was the music. At breakfast, and sometimes during lunch or dinner in the outside dining area, it could be a little loud. We found the same at the main bar. We tried sitting away from the speakers, but at times it was still difficult to relax and read our books. Of course, this is purely our personal opinion, and others may really enjoy the atmosphere it creates. I absolutely loved the adults-only swimming pool, especially the sloped entrance which made getting in and out so easy and relaxing. Yes, we would definitely stay again. It was our first visit to Cyprus and it certainly won't be our last. The hotel is set in a brilliant location, and we really enjoyed everything about the area.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would happily return.

Fantastic hotel
First time to cyprus and it was made even more special by the standards of this hotel. The facilities were modern and very clean the staff are friendly especially stavros a fellow east londoner . My son is 9 and was impressed with the service compared to some really bad previous hotels in the past. If you are coming to cyprus this is definitely the place to stay modern facilities clean rooms and lovely staff not to mention the luxury smell that hits you as you enter the room had the most amazing view as in the pic below
