The hotel is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Protaras, in sub resort of Pernera, within walking distance from Marlita a small public beach.
The air-conditioned hotel comprises 137 rooms. Facilities include a lobby, 24-hour reception, currency exchange facility, café, bar, games area, TV room, restaurant, pool bar, lagoon type freshwater swimming pool, children's separate pool, tennis court, volleyball court, sauna, gym room, and squash room.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned with direct dial telephone, radio, 22" LCD TV with satellite reception, hairdryer, bath/shower, safe box at extra charge, mini fridge, tea & coffee facilities, and balcony.
Guests may take advantage of the weekly entertainment and activity programme (including live music). There is also a programme for children. An outdoor swimming pool with a children's pool, poolside snack bar, and sun loungers and parasols, as well as a sauna, steam room, massage treatments, tennis, table tennis, gym facilities, pool/snooker, darts, and rowing, are all available.
The hotel offers a lot of indoor and outdoor restaurants and bars serving European and Cypriot cuisine and specialties. There are also different buffet nights.

Currently here just now. All positives from us the now. Staff are attentive and great with the kids, all very polite and helpful. Rooms are very clean, kids pirate ship at the pool is great. 2 bigger pools for adults and the water games. I seen a few negative comments about the food and I Will disagree, for kids chicken nuggets and chips are great for my 2 picky eaters. Food is always warm. Not overly to much to choose from but like I would rather have quality over quantity. Still get your full scottish.......english breakfast. 😉 Beer is good but cocktails were average. Location is quiet. Not much around unless you want a small 15 minute walk to the strip or the beach which has been fine with us with 2 small kids. Taxi back is between 10-15 euros. Kids entertainment is like everywhere Its a hit or miss. My 2 kids didn't get too involved but lots of other kids loved the body painting and the bubble machine. Would I stay again ... yes I would. For a 3 star it is more than ideal for myself, my wife and my 2 kids aged 5 and 8.

Great hotel staff.
We loved this hotel,very clean.pool area very good,plenty of sunbeds.Food good.Entertainment ok but could do with more outside singers. And french bowls would be nice. They do a day time party for the little kids which was brilliant for kids and adults that want to join in. They do need more storage in the rooms and a higher hanging rail.But the best thing about this hotel is the staff.from the restaurant to the cleaners and managers .The bar staff & waiters are brilliant and made our holiday.This hotel deserves at least 4 + stars.We loved it that we are booking again next year.
Great family holiday
Absolutely lovely hotel lots around to do 10 mins to 1 beach with shops and bars and 20 min walk to main town and beautiful beaches. Fig tree bay is a must! Also boat trips from there. Hotel itself was spotless clean food was fantastic great choice for everyone and hot! All inclusive drinks were great lots of choice and the staff were all so so nice and welcoming could not do enough for us. Entertainment on every night . Children's entertainment throughout the day. Excellent very clean hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful week at this hotel with my husband and our two children.
The hotel was incredibly clean. The rooms, swimming pools, sun loungers and all the public areas were absolutely spotless. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority, and everything was perfectly maintained.
All the staff were extremely friendly, kind and welcoming. The service was excellent, and they always made us feel comfortable and looked after.
The variety of food, salads and desserts was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The snacks and bars were also excellent and added even more to our amazing experience.
In my opinion, this hotel deserves at least 4 stars! We honestly enjoyed every moment of our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better holiday with our family.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, especially families with children. We had a fantastic week and will absolutely be coming back again!

Great place
We stayed as from 11 Oct to 22 . We booked a late trip and we couldn't have found a better hotel 🙌 from the minute we arrived the whole place was spotless. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful 😀 Our room was spotlessly clean. The pool area was also clean 👌 the amount of staff they employ you couldn't fault any of them. The food for a 3 star all inclusive was great 👍 there was enough variety for everyone 😋 Restaurant was just a nice size and there was no mess anywhere around the food stations. Big shout out to iqbal the Restaurant manager 🙌 he had time for everyone. All the waiters poolside and in the Restaurant were fabulous 👌 they couldn't do enough for us 👍especially athar he was fabulous 😀 raj and everybody else were also great. We wiould definitely go back . It's a gem of a place .
