The food was AMAZING and the Chef with a smile he treated us the best cypriot sweets! Very nice location and welcoming staff 😍 clean rooms and nice time gymnastics in pool ☺️
Coming to the end of another fantastic stay at The Odessa Hotel. We were in room 231 overlooking the pool. This is our 4th visit and we have already booked for next year. All the staff do an amazing job, everyone from the pool guy, the pool attendants and the lifeguard make sure the pool and surrounding area are kept in tip top condition. The bar staff, receptionists and all the waiters are very hard working and friendly. The chef ensures everyones tastes are catered for. Special mention to Petros who always has time for a chat and laugh. The hotel manager is very friendly, he often serves behind the pool bar, chatting to the guests making sure everything is ok. The rooms are cleaned daily, the 2 entertainers make sure the guests are kept busy with various activities. We have made a lot of friends, people who return year after year. This year a new rule has been implemented whereby any towels unattened before 6am or after 6pm are removed by staff. This is a very good idea as it stops guests putting towels out at stupid hours. Sun loungers are available all hours of the day, no sunbed wars here. Roll on next July when we will be back. 😎
Great experience, great food and drinks. The staff at Odessa Beach Hotel is really helpful, polite and welcoming it's so heartwarming. The bar staff Michalis and Ladi are fun and they serve good drinks during the heatwave and Joseph really saved me from doing stupid stuff at the pool
This is the first time staying at this hotel, but we will definitely be back,we had a fantastic time ,close to bars and restaurants and the beach was just down the road The rooms and hotel were clean ,food was good ,plenty to choose from, staff was very welcoming Big shout out to the 2 lads on reception at night ,Hassan and Filip the were amazing, they went above and beyond to make our stay better
The hotel is no longer a beach hotel as they sold the land. Hotel location is good as it’s literally a 2 min walk on to the main Protaras drag. Rooms are out dated and basic, big lack of plug sockets couldn’t have the kettle or tv on at the same time due to this. Pool is a medium size and I was having to get up at 5.30am to go and get a sunbed for myself and wife as if you went down after 7.30am had no chances people reserve sunbeds early with towels then don’t bother returning to them until dinner time it really is bad. Staff in the hotel are very friendly and polite. Our room was cleaned daily but the balcony wasn’t and also the bed linen wasn’t changed at all in 7 days. They give you 1 pillow so we had to ask for more as there unbelievable uncomfortable just like the beds there rock hard and it’s basically two single beds joined together with a big gap down the middle. Food wasn’t good after the first two nights of our stay so we ended up eating out although it’s all inclusive and the variety is poor. It’s part of the Tsokkos hotel chain if we knew that when booking we would never of booked to come here as all there hotels are now outdated and the food has always been poor when we’ve stayed in Tsokkos hotels before. It’s basically like a Temu Benidorm in the hotel and locally there’s some right sights on our final night a woman was laid asleep in the corridor nearly outside our room due to being drunk. People banging doors through the night when coming in from clubbing would we come back? NEVER Stick to the usual next year and rent a villa in the local village we usually go to. This would of been a 1 star review if it wasn’t for the staff being so friendly.
