Perfect family adventure!
My family including two eight year old boys and a baby and I had a wonderful experience at Nausicaa Beach with TUI Blue. The location is one of the best I have experienced - 5 minutes walk from a sandy beach with multiple activities one way and 5 minutes from some superb snorkeling the other way, although watch out for the lionfish! Some small caveats - one of our two rooms was quite dark and for some reason the TVs were angled upwards and fixed in this position. There were some small things broken like toilet bins etc. The impression I had was that these things would have been fixed swiftly if we had bothered to ask which leads me on to the most important things. The service, efficiency and communication with reception, cleaners, kitchen staff etc was some of the best I have ever experienced in a hotel chain. They seem to have prioritised this feeling of being looked after for their guests and it is fantastic. The kids club had some talented personalities, particularly Ally, whose humour we greatly enjoyed as did our children. Also would like to thank our cleaner, Ebrahim, who was quite new but always on hand to help keep our rooms spotless. My one single and continuous irritation was the way the pool sunbeds were arranged, we lost count of the times we found other guests on our beds and had to involve staff to fix. Instead of having to consult a staff excel doc every time, why not have a named badge system? As each room is allowed two beds and one umbrella, why not produce a 'surname...family' magnetic label or something that is fixable to the umbrella? It wouldn't be perfect but might make the confusion over numbers etc less so and require less explanation from guests. It is a refreshing system to not have to fight for a spot so would be great to see it implemented more effectively. It was overall an experience we found hugely enjoyable and would certainly consider reliving with TUI Blue. 💙

Mam and daughters cheeky trip
Just back a week. ago , fab hotel everyone friendly and polite, special thanks to sun bed guy as we had problems a couple of times with people on our sun beds , also the room cleaner in block 4 he carried our cases to to and from room 423 , also Fatima in the dining room and outside area , food amazing choice , only thing would have preferred proper glasses in the upstairs lounge and bar area instead of plastic also just some quiet background music but that’s only my personal choice thank you to all the staff we had a great time

Fabulous location ,great atmosphere ! Wonderful helpful staff at all levels . Idyllic quiet room with great views ,always clean ,towels and bedding changed regularly ! Food always good with plenty of of choice My fourth visit and already booked for next year !

Perfect family holiday!
We’ve had an excellent stay at TUI BLUE Nausicaa Beach for five years in a row, and we’ve already booked our trip for next year! The atmosphere is perfect, the staff is friendly and the service is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the whole experience makes us feel at home every time we visit. We can’t wait to come back again next year! Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Incredible! Miss it dearly
This was the BEST holiday I’ve been on ever with my boyfriend! The food every night was incredible, amazing choices of drinks at the all inclusive bar and the activities by the pool were fun! The sun beds were super comfy and we especially liked that they’re reserved for the whole trip so that you don’t have to fight for sunbeds every morning! Also loads to do in the nearby area
