This traditionally-decorated hotel and apartment complex offers breath-taking views out over the free-form swimming pool with water fountains, gardens and landscaped surrounds. The air-conditioned complex has a total of 94 apartments (64 one-bedroom and 30 studios). Facilities include a lobby, 24-hour reception, hotel safe, currency exchange facility, mini-supermarket, hairdressers' salon, bar, nightclub, games room, TV room, children's room, restaurant and Internet access. Room and laundry services are provided and younger guests are sure to enjoy the children's club.
Studios feature an open plan lounge with kitchenette, mini-fridge, bathroom with bath/shower, air conditioning, a direct dial telephone and a balcony. One-bedroom apartments come with one twin-bedded room with air conditioning, a direct dial telephone, an open plan living room with kitchenette, a mini-fridge, bathroom with bath/shower and a balcony. A hairdryer, satellite/cable TV and double beds all feature.
There are a variety of shows including weekly folklore shows. An outdoor swimming pool, children's paddling pool, poolside snackbar, sun loungers, parasols and sun-bathing terrace all feature. A basketball court, games area, tennis court, pool table and darts also feature. There is also a children's entertainment and activity programme. Live music 4-5 times per week.
Guests are sure to enjoy the themed buffet nights.

Wonderful Hotel
Friendly Family Hotel! This is our 5th visit to this hotel and as always it was wonderful. The hotel will do all they can to help you have the most memorable time ever. Nikos the hotel manager goes above and beyond to help. And Takis the restaurant Manager and his wonderful staff make sure everything runs smooth. The food is gorgeous and a great variety too. My son is severely Autistic and they all go the extra mile to look after his needs. The rooms are great 👍 beds a bit hard but just ask housekeeping for a mattress topper. They are happy to oblige!! The Entertainment team are great,especially Anis The entertainment manager. He absolutely goes above and beyond for everyone. He is a major asset to this place!! The drinks are great(strong lol) and Peter and his staff who work incredibly hard are always smiling so thanks guys. The lifeguards need a bit of work but Mani the head lifeguard is a proper asset to this place. Without him this place would not be as good so thankyou. And I hope next year the hotel management get you a more reliable team. The love this family hotel shows to us as a SEN family is truly wonderful,and makes us feel really special so thanks guys, we love you and can't wait to see you in April Love Lynda James and Lennon xx

Good food, pools and kiddy pools fun slides. water could be a bit warmer and more activity’s around and there are no seats at the disco only stone “ seats “ would love to have seats instead of stone. Would recommend for a honeymoon or a family of 2 kids as for the beds. They can get cold and the blankets are very thin and you have to go to reception to ask for a duvet. Loads of reviews have been posted about cleaners stealing property like money, clothes, jewels, valuable items, screens, swimwear, toddler/baby shoes and medicine. Please be aware of the cleaners when they come. Hide your valuables away safely. Check your clothes before and after the cleaners they might have taken an item or two. Please take care and have a nice time. If you can… AND lifeguards they are almost always on their phones and never pay attention. My friend had to dive FULLY CLOTHED into the water for her child because the Lifeguards did not pay attention and was on their phones scrolling. I truly believe that lifeguards phones should be taken of them during their shift. Picky Eaters. If none of the foods that are served you can ask the chefs for plain pasta, I would not do it to often though there are often chips and chicken nuggets or pizza around for you. The bar. The bars are great had a special drink made just for my child. They serve fast and drinks taste great. If you are not all inclusive you do have to pay for the drinks would recommend all inclusive. There are 3 bars. Next to the slides. One next to the main pool/ la bona restaurant and one inside right before the reception or kitchen/eating area. INTERNET. Internet is very slow and not very good. Please use your own Wi-fi if you can. Reception employees. There was one person who has been very rude. Has no manners and attitude is Terrible. As for the rest are good. Thank you for reading this review and I hope this will go onto the hotel and they will fix it. As I’m sitting on the sun-bed. Bye now 👋

I got sent to a completely random hotel which is dissapointing I will never book again WOULD NOT RECCOMEND
Standard have fallen.
Second visit and really disappointed. Food wasn't the best compared to last year. The staff some wasn't very helpful and to you it all off the toom service left my room door wide open 4 days in a row. There was 25 of us and we are looking elsewhere for next year.

Just back from a return visit, and can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!
Waterpark: really clean, very safe, huge fun for children and adults alike, with an amazing head life guard Manny who not only keeps the visitors safe but does so with a huge smile on his face. My sons happy place
Main pool is great, with lots of atmosphere, and the entertainment team invite you to join in activities but don’t nag you to lol
Restaurants: lovely buffet with different themed nights and tasty, enjoyable food. Unlike at other hotels, we ate in the hotel for all meals as we enjoyed the food! Also a la carte Italian can be booked. Restaurant manager Takkis went out of his way to ensure my autistic son was happily fed all his favourites, even when not on the days menu (pepperoni pizza & jelly all round)
Great evening entertainment too!
Bar & drinks: lots of choice of cocktails, wines and beers, and the bar staff are lovely and friendly (special shout out to Peter!)
Any problems are immediately addressed by the hotel managers Savvvas & Nikos, who go above & beyond to ensure visitors have the best possible holiday
I really can’t recommend the hotel highly enough
