The wonderful Maris Grand Hotel
A very pleasant stay and a wonderful, relaxing time. The hotel maintains a high standard following its renovation. It boasts a fantastic location—ideal for exploring the southeastern part of the island—while being situated in a quiet area of town; yet, if you’re looking for nightlife, a street packed with bars and entertainment is just 15 minutes away. The rooms are modern and well-equipped with everything you need, and housekeeping is available daily. All the staff are smiling, helpful, and highly organized. Even on a bad day, the smile and attitude of Maria—who greets you in the restaurant—make you feel better instantly. She is a bundle of energy who lifts the spirits of both guests and restaurant staff; the hotel is truly fortunate to have her. The food is delicious—breakfast, lunch, and dinner offer a huge selection of fresh dishes, and there is a great variety of drinks and cocktails at the bars. The pools are lovely, though you might prefer the warm waters of the nearby beaches, which are truly beautiful! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Awesome adventure
Everything was excellent, the food was really good, every day different things, same with drinks. Rooms are beautiful and cleaned every day. I recommend to go to the Italian restaurant in hotel. I had really great and fun time because of animators - especially Polina and Mariia. They are the best.

Polina and Mariia are absolutely wonderful! ❤️ They create such a warm, positive and friendly atmosphere in the hotel that it is impossible not to smile when they are around. 🥰 They are incredibly friendly and welcoming to everyone both younger and older guests. Their entertainment and activities are always well organised, engaging and full of positive energy. You can clearly see that they know what they are doing and put a lot of heart and effort into their work. What I especially appreciated was how easily they connect with people and make everyone feel included. They are always smiling, helpful and full of energy, which makes the time at the hotel even more enjoyable. Thank you, Polina and Mariia, for all the fun, good mood and wonderful memories! ❤️ You are doing an amazing job and you are definitely a big part of what makes the atmosphere in this hotel so special. 🫶🏻✨

A lovely relaxing week in the sun!
We have recently just returned from a week spent at Maris Grand Waterpark Resort. Firstly staff were very friendly and attentive even when we arrived very early in the morning after our flight. We were given a room on the third floor and the interior was lovely. We did have a problem with the drainage in the shower but nothing that caused us major bother.
The hotel grounds are lovely, with the two nice pool areas, the main pool and the kids pool. The main pool was extremely busy and my only worry would be how busy it would be during the UK summer holidays as some days we were round the pool swimming in the pool was a bit of a struggle. We did manage to get sunbeds while round the pool even some days when getting there around 3pm after being out during the day. The water slides were fab even for us adults!
Food was a little bit of a bother, they was always chicken nuggets/fish fingers, chips and plain pasta for picky eaters and choice for non picky eaters, my only bug bars was nothing really seemed to have major flavour! I know it’s difficult for all inclusive hotels and catering for a lot of guests but the food we did eat at the hotel was rather bland. Even though we stayed all inclusive we ate out 7 out of our 8 day stay, which was okay for us but may not be for some guests.
It was approximately 10-15 mins walk to the Protaras strip and around 20 mins in the other direction is the lovely Potami Bay beach which we visited quite a lot during our stay. We thought the location of the hotel was excellent as not too close where it would be noisy but not too far away where it is a pain to get anywhere in the heat!
We did enjoy our stay at this beautiful hotel and would return again if the price was right!

A Truly Wonderful Stay – Everything Was Perfect
We had a truly wonderful stay and could not have asked for a better holiday experience.
The hotel was excellent in every respect. The entire property was beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Our room was cleaned every day to a very high standard, and every detail was taken care of.
The food was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the service was outstanding. What really made our stay special, however, was the people. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful, always willing to assist and make sure that everything was perfect.
The location was also a great advantage, with beautiful beaches just a short distance away. It was a pleasure to return to such a welcoming and peaceful place after a day at the beach.
Everything was simply top-notch — the hotel, the food, the cleanliness, the service and, above all, the wonderful people. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would be very happy to come back. Highly recommended!
