Flouressia Gardens is a small, picturesque holiday complex situated in Protaras. Tucked away in a quiet corner of Cyprus it is surrounded on its own orchard. The complex consists of 29 units ranging from studio 1st floor Apartments to a Three Bedroom Villas with private pool and are fully self-contained and more. Each apartment has a washing machine, TV, cooker, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, air conditioning is available in all rooms and all are a "home away from home

Couple relaxing break
We have just returned from 11 nights here and we have to say it was perfect. Room 108 ground floor bungalow was clean, perfect location and although opposite car park was very quiet. We arrived 9pm at night and Elena was there to greet us, and showed us around our accomodation. Elena and staff work very hard to maintain the properties and pool area. The pool is lovely, quiet and no issues getting sunbeds. We had a car but you can turn out of complex right to Pernera and left to Protaras and both are pleasant walks, not far from beaches. No complaints at all and would definitely book again.
Such a great place
What a great place and amazing people. All the staff is super friendly. They are there for whatever you need. We stayed in Bungalow 111 and it was very clean, all you need was inside. Big space. Great outside areas. It was quiet, but close to everything. Just a 10 min walk to the Protaras strip. Very nice swimmingpool. Highly recommended to go there. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE GREAT STAY!!
Flouressia Hotel Apartments are fantastic
Just wonderful. Great apartment - so clean, front and rear balconies, spotless bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. Everything you think you need, they have already provided it for you. Elena and her team are so accommodating - nothing is too much trouble for them. They were there to welcome us on our late night arrival and left us with homemade cake to make us feel right at home. The location is ideal; close to the beach and the main strip, but so quiet. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Great value for money all round.
Pleasant stay
Just arrived home after 10 nights and flouressia gardens is in a lovely location very close to all beaches and a 7 minute walk into Protaras and 5 mins into Penerna There are plenty of sunbeds with no dawn patrol towels placed on beds which is a breath of fresh air with a relaxing vibe once the beat boxes have been notified to switch off We were unfortunately allocated to studio 206 which looks nothing like the photos with the washing machine located at the top of the stairs,the room is far too small for 2 people and you literally couldn't move once inside,including the shower cubicle which is tiny, Also no notification anywhere that you have to clean the room yourself and brushes/mop are provided and also wash bed linen,towels etc and take out the waste/toilet bins We would definitely return but would require another room.

Two day trip exploring
Arriving at flouressia gardens we were checked in and shown to our bungalow it was a ground floor property looking onto the street. First thing I noticed was strong smell of cooking from apartment above but only noticeable in the communal area once in the bungalow I couldn’t smell anything. The bedroom was very nice airy plenty of wardrobe space and a hairdryer. Nice bathroom plenty of space water pressure quite low in shower.
The terrace was very nice , large with table chairs and two sunloungers the road is quite busy though with pedestrians and transport. The best part of fluorosis’ gardens is the pool area plenty of sunloungers sunny all day and always able to get a bed.
5 mins walk from beach and beach bars 15 mins to pernera strip Bus stop top of the road to Protaras
