Our stay at Crystal Springs Beach Hotel exceeded all our expectations! The hotel is beautifully located in a peaceful, picturesque bay with crystal-clear water. We loved the lush, well-maintained gardens, the relaxing atmosphere, and the overall feeling of comfort throughout our stay. The food deserves special recognition. The buffet offered an excellent variety of fresh, high-quality dishes every day, along with delicious natural beverages. There was always something new to try, and everything was beautifully prepared. However, the greatest asset of this hotel is its people. The entire team made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left. My sincere thanks go to Orsolya for her warm welcome from the very first day, Eva for her kindness and support, and Yuliya for her outstanding service and prompt assistance with every request. Special thanks also to Kristina from the restaurant for her friendliness and genuine smile, and to the wonderful pool bar team – Jack, Anastasiya, Mehedi, Maya, and George – for their excellent service, care, and positive energy. A special thank you to Olessya (PR), who was always available to help with any questions and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. My wife and I have been traveling every year for many years and have extensive experience with many hotels. Your hotel is in excellent condition. Cleanliness, excellent food, beautiful garden and beach. However, we were most pleased with the approach of your staff to all guests throughout the hotel - in the pool bar, restaurant, reception, etc. The holiday had an additional bonus when you feel great and when not only the sun but also the entire hotel staff smiles at you all the time. Thank you very much again!!!

We recently stayed at Crystal Springs Hotel in Cyprus, and it was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing holidays we've ever had. The hotel is surrounded by idyllic views, creating the perfect setting to unwind.

The customer service from every single member of staff was exceptional. Everyone genuinely cares about their guests and goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best possible stay. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and that level of service is consistent throughout the entire hotel.

The hotel itself is immaculate. Even by my very high standards, the cleanliness was outstanding. Everything is spotless, well maintained, and beautifully presented.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely pool and sea view with a small terrace, which was perfect for relaxing. The room was well equipped with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, a shower cap, and fresh towels every day. We also loved the thoughtful touches, including pool towels with a towel card system and the hotel's own personalised beach bag.

The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of choice at every meal. Trust me, the food is fantastic! The pool bar serves excellent premium drinks, all expertly made, and the à la carte restaurant is definitely worth visiting. The fish meze was an amazing experience and one of the highlights of our stay.

Another big plus was that there were always plenty of sunbeds available, so there was no need to rush down early in the morning.

A special thank you goes to Olesiya, who genuinely wants to make sure every guest has a perfect stay. Also, George at the pool bar deserves a special mention. What a lovely young man, always smiling, welcoming, and making sure everyone is having a wonderful time. Alongside his manager, Anastasia, they made us feel so well looked after. We couldn't thank them enough for their warm hospitality.

The hotel is in a peaceful location, which we loved. It's only an 8–10 minute taxi ride to the main strip (around €15), or you can enjoy an 11-minute walk to the nearby marina where you can take a boat trip.

Although there are currently some building works nearby, they were not a concern at all and did not disrupt our holiday in any way. It's exciting to see the hotel moving towards becoming a 5-star establishment.

We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be returning. Crystal Springs Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with exceptional service, fantastic food, and a truly welcoming atmosphere.
