Crystal Springs Beach Hotel

this hotel is cyprus at its best after coming to cyprus for over 30 years we found crystal springs hotel 10 years ago it was faultless then and its even better now from entering to leaving you are looked after fruit and fizz in your room on arrival pillow menu turndown service in the evening room cleaned twice daily the main buffet restaurant for breakfast /lunch/dinner is perfect the pool bar for drinks /snacks/and food through the day is excellent a/lacarte king prawn friday and the apple pie is a must anastasia runs a great restaurant along with gorgeous george during the day and the lovely jack in the evening all inclusive drinks are top class all branded 5 star brandy grey goose vodka etc but the most important part of this hotel is the staff from maintenance /cleaners /waiting staff/ right up to management they are all first class and want you to have the best holiday ever mr nikos mr chris and the lovely olesia nothing is too much trouble for themthe location is perfect if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the stip in protaras but easy enough to get to if you want it by bus which run into the early hours or taxi my only negative which was my fault was booking a room without a balcony but apart from that will 100% be back going with jet2 the last day was perfect having our luggage picked up in the morning we had the rest of the day to relax

This was our sixth visit to Crystal Springs and once again a wonderful experience. All the staff without exception are very friendly and helpful. All management mix with the guests, holding friendly conversations and asking about your holiday experiences. Food is very good and the restaurants are run magnificently. Emily, Anastasia and Kristina greet us like old friends and look after us so well as does all the waiting staff. The chefs are very visible checking everything and special thanks to breakfast omelette chef, so friendly and very tasty omelettes. Drinks and cocktails are top notch, all branded drinks and served without exception by the most friendly hard working bar staff. The public areas of hotel, toilets and hotel rooms are kept spotless by housekeeping. Entertainment could be hit or miss, some acts excellent but others dire but there was always a good atmosphere which made even the poor acts fun. There was some construction noise but this didn’t bother us, in fact the worst noise was when the new hotel next door played a violin piece some mornings, once might have been enjoyable but when the same piece was played loudly on a loop for over an hour 🤷‍♀️The hotel grounds are lovely with beautiful views of the sea and sunbeds are plentiful. Really looking forward to returning yet again next year and seeing the end result of the extension and makeover.
