Lovely hotel with an excellent pool area. There's plenty of sunbeds (comfy ones at that) and while it does say not to reserve any, there was a always a few that were. The pool area was always really clean and the pool lovely. Our room was spotlessley clean and in great order. Nice balcony with a partial seaview too. We only went B&B, but the there were loads of breakfast options to choose from. The only negative I have is that the safe in the room was 2.50 a day and for a 4* hotel, i'd expect that to be included in the price. It's about a 20 minute walk into Protaras proper with a good selection of bars and restaurants. Closer to the hotel was a bit more limited, but still some good options if you don't want to go far. I'd absolutely stay here again and would reccomend to anyone looking for a small but perfectly formed hotel in Protaras.
We have just returned from our 4th visit to Bohemian Gardens and each year gets better better and better Immaculately clean, Great food. Lot,s of variety. Good location. About a 20 min walk along the boardwalk to Protaras Staff so friendly Special thanks go out to Androniki on reception, Daniella in the restaurant, Izabella in the bar and restaurant, Evelena in the bar and Kabita in the bar (Such a lovely smile). They all work so hard and we appreciate it. We think of you all as our Cyprus family! Rooms are a good size with great views either pool view or seaview. Looking forward to our next visit.
Another Fantastic Stay – Even Better Than Last Year! This was our second visit to the hotel, and somehow it managed to be even better than last year. It was lovely to see some of the same staff from our previous stay, who made us feel so welcome. A special mention has to go to Dimitrias, the restaurant and bar manager. He always went out of his way to stop and chat, making sure we were having a great holiday. His dance moves weren't bad either! Another big thank you to Andreas, the night barman, who was always friendly and happy to have a chat whenever we saw him. Our favourite member of staff was Kabita. I'm not sure what her official job title is because she seemed to be everywhere! She was always smiling, remembered our favourite drinks and food, and genuinely made our holiday feel extra special. Everyone else, from the reception team to the housekeeping staff, was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. One thing we really like about this hotel is that there's no need to get up at silly o'clock to reserve a sunbed. There were always plenty available throughout the day. There have also been some great improvements since our last visit, especially around the pool area. The new flooring looks fantastic, the sun loungers are much more comfortable, and the new relaxation pods are a lovely addition. When we booked, we requested the same room we stayed in last year, and the hotel kindly gave us exactly that. We were very grateful. The food and drinks were excellent throughout our stay. My only small criticism would be to go a little easier on the salt, particularly in the Fig Tree restaurant. The location is ideal too. There are a few local bars and restaurants within walking distance, while the main strip is only about a five-minute taxi ride away or around a 20-minute walk. Overall, we had another amazing holiday and couldn't have asked for more. We'll definitely be booking again for next year. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable!
Great 12 nights stay at the Bohemian Gardens, booked a swim-up bungalow and it did not disappoint. The room was fantastic, it was so clean with a daily maid service.
We went on the AI board basis, plenty choice in the restaurant at meal times and the food was that good we didn't dine out once. Plenty choice at the poolside bar for snacks and drinks on the AI
The hotel staff are all pleasant and greet you every time with a smile, they never stop, whether its cleaning, serving in the restaurants on reception, they are all constantly at it, well done you create a great atmosphere.
The location of the hotel was perfect, not quite in the hustle and bustle but a nice 10 - 15 minute walk if you wish to go into the main area of Protaras. Just be mindful, there's a lot of building and road/pavement work going on in the area, so be careful, specially at night.
Would I book again?...... already planning for 2027

Overall this was a nice hotel. Positives
Plenty of very comfortable sun beds, always plenty available. Location dusty and dirty due to roadworks all around. Not hotel fault but no mention from our tour operator. Sevice some very good friendly helpful staff. Location 20 min walk to protaras and 15 minute walk to pernia.
Negitives
Some staff very rude, being asked to pay for your drinks when you just sat down to eat dinner and what if you want a second drink? very rude only hotel i have ever been to who DEMANDS payment for drinks up front and i have been to many. Room Cleaning we had bird poop on our balcony for 2 weeks, stained bed sheets and stained towels. The hallway on floor two smelt disgusting like sick and damp carpet we reported this to reception but it was not put right.Food we had half board food always cold. The half board upgrade via our tour opperator was very cheap but come on the food needs to be good. Rooms are nicely renovated but lack space for a two week holiday.
Would I come back? Yes if the price is as good next time as it was this time but as they say you get what you pay for.
As for all the 5 star reviews those people have never experienced a quality 4 star hotel.
