Friendly faces and a convenient position
What a lovely and friendly hotel. Just 5 minutes walk from the old town and Lazarus Church. The hotel management should be very proud of the staff at this lovely and clean hotel. My wife and I were impressed by the friendly smiling faces who greeted us wether it was at reception in the bar/ restaurant ,pool or the cleaning lady who always greeted us with warm smile when we saw her in the hallway. I am sure that this is one of the best hotels in Larnaca. Our only gripe was a nearby dog who would bark sometimes in the early hours and during our siesta hour. We have been coming to Larnaca almost every year for the last few after Covid and we feel that this is the best experience in any hotel that we have had.

Our stay at Hotel Indigo Larnaca is truly exceptional. This is our second time.. in less than 6 months
The warm hospitality, outstanding professionalism, and genuine kindness of every team member made us feel welcomed, valued, and completely at home. The hotel is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, elegant, and filled with a relaxing atmosphere that creates the perfect balance of comfort and luxury.

Modern hotel, Convenient location
Nice hotel, modern and clean. The rooms are a bit small but not unusually so by European standards. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The floor definitely showed signs of wear (top layer of the laminate is worn through). I stayed here twice and same thing in both rooms. The bathroom was modern, AC worked great.
Others mentioned noise and there is definitely some though not horrible. The first night was their "Pool Opening Party" with a DJ and not sure how late into the night it went but I did put on my noise cancelling headphones for that. Another night there was music from somewhere but shortly after 10PM it stopped so not terribly late.
The hot water in the shower was a bit funky, it would start hot become cold after a minute or two and then heat back up. I noticed this each time I took a shower so not a one off. You start thinking uh-oh and then it gets hot again. So not a big deal but definitely noticeable.
Breakfast was tasty with a good number of options.
Staff was helpful and friendly.
Location is good about a 10 minute walk to the waterfront. Many restaurants, shops, etc. as you head towards and along the waterfront.

Beautiful but noisy and with some personnel with terrible attitude.
Very beautiful in terms of hotel, rooms and interiors. Otherwise it is literally impossible to sleep. It is not sound proof, you are awakened by people closing the doors in the hallway at every hour, by the waiters in the very early morning preparing for breakfast and by the loud music coming from the restaurant till midnight. And when you ask clarifications to the reception, they answer very disrespectfully by saying that we should join the others in the restaurant and that they informed everyone about the music. Of course they did not otherwise we wouldn’t have chosen this hotel in the first place as the aim of an hotel is to provide beds to sleep. We literally pay an hotel to sleep but I was told that no, I should join the others and sleep later. Not everyone and everytime someone can stay up till midnight and no, we are not all the same. You may want to party and may want to sleep. So no. Not everyone wants to party till midnight. Also, he lied to me saying that he would have told them to stop which of course they did not. A little bit more of respect would be warranted for paying customers especially as this is a 4 star hotel of the IHG chain. So in terms of hotel management and customers management- this hotel is really low.

Quaint, well located, tucked away
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast — everything was made with fresh ingredients, and the quality really stood out.
The staff were consistently polite and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is very well designed, with a modern and thoughtful layout that feels both stylish and comfortable.
The rooms are compact but perfectly equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the lovely balcony, which offered a beautiful view — a perfect spot to relax.
The location is excellent, with easy access to the town center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Another big plus is that parking is available and free, which is always a bonus.
Overall, a lovely experience — I would definitely recommend staying here.
