The sea view is perfect. The location is the best in the Ayia Napa The reception and butler services are truly professional. But the greatest credit goes to Elena, the masseuse, for everything she did for my wife and me. Beyond the massages, she also helped us with our mental well-being. She deserves the very best in the world. She completely transformed our lives. Thank you to her for everything. Whoever comes to the hotel must go to Elena at the spa.

We spent our vacation at the Vassos Nissi Plage Hotel, and it was a mix of fantastic highlights and a few rather frustrating downsides. The hotel has immense potential, but certain things simply do not live up to its 4-star rating. What we loved (Pros): • Perfect location: The hotel is located right on the beachfront of the beautiful Nissi Beach, which is a massive advantage for anyone visiting for the sea. • Pool and ambiance: The outdoor pool area is gorgeous. The sunbeds by the pool are extremely comfortable and modern, and the entire area looks magical at night thanks to the impressive blue lighting. There is also a lovely poolside bar where you can optionally have lunch or dinner. • Excellent breakfast: The buffet selection is rich and varied, and the food is always freshly prepared – from hot dishes and perfectly cooked fried eggs to delicious pastries. • Cleanliness and rooms: Cleaning is done daily and we have no complaints there. The rooms also hide some great details – there is a scale in the room (which is brilliant for checking luggage weight before a flight), and the wall sockets are equipped with built-in USB-A and Type-C ports, so you don't even need an adapter to charge newer iPhones or other smartphones. What disappointed us (Cons): • Uninformed reception staff: Upon arrival, we asked the receptionist at the front desk how we could charge our phones, given the British-style sockets in Cyprus. She bluntly told us that we had to go out and buy adapters, completely unaware that the rooms in her own hotel already have built-in USB/Type-C ports. It is unacceptable for a hotel of this level to have staff who do not know the basic features of their own rooms. • Beach towel issue: Although it is a 4-star hotel, beach towels are only changed 3 times a week. To make matters worse, you have to leave a pointless deposit for them. Other hotels of the same category in the same area allow you to change towels several times a day without any complications. • Terrible internet: The Wi-Fi connection system is completely outdated. Instead of modern and stable internet, you constantly have to pick up new slips of paper with printed passwords at the reception just to connect, and the connection itself is quite poor. Conclusion: The hotel is clean, in a perfect location, and offers great food, but the poor internet, rigid towel rules, and uninformed reception staff spoil the overall 4-star experience. If these details don't bother you, you will thoroughly enjoy the beach and the pool, but management should definitely work on staff training and modernizing their service.
