Absolutely Fabulous. Room had lovely view very clean.Staff excellent very friendly and really helpful. Went to the Roof Top Restraunt again the staff were superb and the food and service was Brilliant Special Mention to Kristina and the staff

Fantastic hotel
Just about to check out after a fantastic week celebrating our friends 60th birthday. What a fantastic hotel, really cannot fault it. We were all lucky enough to be allocated tooms with a pool/sea view, which was amazing! The rooms are modern and clean, with excellent house keeping, fresh towels most days. The food was lovely, lots of choice. Pool area clean and lots of sunbeds. Staff were lovely especially Christina. We were lucky enough to be served by her and her colleague in the 5one restaurant for my friends birthday. The food was amazing excellent service and the atmosphere was fantastic, made even better by Christina’s efficient service. If you are staying at this hotel, it’s a must! All in all a fantastic holiday, made better by the amazing staff x
Mega hotel
An amazing holiday! 18 of us all, all couples for a 60th birthday. Hotel is lovely and clean, staff work very hard and always keep on top of things. Food is absolutely beautiful, plenty to choose from, a nice enjoyable walk into Agia Napa Centre approx 1m away.. a beautiful promenade if you exit via the beach at the rear of the hotel. Rooms are lovely and clean, comfy beds, cleaners in every day. Be mindful the wardrobes are very small c there is only 1 double with 10 coat hangers…. Definitely could do with another double wardrobe so don’t expect a great deal of space for your clothes…. We just utilised every space we could and as always you make it work 😊 so nothing that will ruin your break away. We all had a fantastic holiday and will all be back again without a doubt!! All of the staff have been amazing. If you put your towels out at 0645hrs you’ll have the pick do the beds.. half hour later you definitely won’t do, so if you disregard anything in this review make sure it’s not this bit or you’ll live and learn. Thank you Tasia Maris it’s been Ana absolute blast and we have lived every minute!

The best vacation
Amazing hotel, but the staff were truly the best! Friendly, helpful, and exceptional service throughout our stay.
October Holiday
Stayed at the hotel on standard all inclusive for 5 nights during the second week of October. Enjoyed every minute and wished we had stayed for 7 nights instead.
Room was clean and very comfortable cannot fault it at all.
Food was very good at all meal times. Good variety and buffet was always kept well replenished. Slight criticism would be that the food could have been kept a little warmer.
Drink was decent quality even on local brands. The big criticisms that I had was closing time of the all inclusive at 11.00pm is too early, I think 11.30 or midnight would be more suitable. In addition the table service during the evening wasn't the best. From point of order to receiving your drink could typically take 20 minutes. This resulted in people queuing at the bar. Tip if ordering further drinks, order well before you have finished your current drink.
The staff at the bar work extremely hard and at peak times they were stretched, hence the reason for the long waiting times. Maybe staffing levels need to be addressed.
All staff that we came into contact with were very friendly and are a credit to the hotel.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would return. Thank you.
