I love this place. They are so friendly and kind. Costa is the best man ever and he looks after me every night. I feel so safe.

The reason this hotel recieves 5 stars is based on the staff such as luca and the young guy working in the bar. But the MVP of the staff is Kostas. When we arrived to ayia napa, we were a bit stressed about the safety in regard to everything that has occured but the second we spoke to Kostas, we immediately felt safe. Kostas is one of the kindest souls i’ve met who ensures everyone’s having fun and especially being safe. I’ve spent most nights having some of, if not the best conversations with Kostas. I’ve learned so much advice for the future which i will take with me. He makes everyone feel welcome and gives the hotel a more of a family feeling. I’ve never felt safer at night because i know Kostas will always be there and ensure that every single one of the guests are safe and happy. The hotel has got the best goldmine and that is having Kostas working here and that’s why this hotel is the best hotel in cyprus.

Amazing
Lovely place, there were not faults with anything here the pool is perfect and the room was always brilliant. The best thing about the place is the main man Costa, he made me feel very welcome and where he always works the night shifts I had some lovely chats and told me many amazing stories.
