Another fantastic holiday at Olympic Lagoon!
This was our third visit to this hotel as a family and it was as amazing as ever!
The staff are all amazing but special thanks to Ivo in the Serenity Pool, his customer service is amazing, he’s so friendly, makes the best mojitos, very efficient and always remembers what drinks you want, even by time of day! He really helps make our holiday special and is a real asset to the hotel.
Silvia also did an amazing job cleaning our room every day!
The food is fantastic in every single restaurant and the staff so friendly and helpful.
Extra touches this year were the iced smoothies brought round the pool, cooling mist facial sprays as you were on the sunbeds, and sunglasses cleaning service!
The Allstar shows were as professional as ever, the whole group are amazingly talented!
Thanks for a great holiday, we’re already looking to book again for next year.

Olympic bay adults only is a great addition
WOW love this place. Arrived late Monday night, first impression mean everything and they did not disappoint. All the staff have been amazing The facilities are fantastic too. We are staying in the Olympic bay adults only part of the hotel room 903 and I’m so happy with it. It’s a separate part over the road but you are closer to the beach and all rooms have a pool view. It’s Peaceful and the bar staff work hard doing table service all day. The Olympic bay section has its own pool bar and restaurant as extra for bay guests only but you can use all facilities in the main hotel when every you need just walk over the road. I have had many interactions with staff and I’ve never met friendlier. We stayed at constantinos the great two years ago and it was more expensive and not a patch on this hotel. They are worlds apart. The room is very clean and has everything we need. The bed is superb better than home. Tired the rock and roll for lunch yesterday it was very good and the breakfast is one of the best I’ve had. The Grounds are very well kept . One of the best hotels if not the best we have stayed. The beach is stunning crystal clear waters . Download the app and book your dinner reservations . I have everything I need in this hotel to have the perfect holiday in Cyprus and already looking at returning . Do bring bug spray as I’ve seen a lot of mosquitos early evening . The gym is also fantastic . Thank you

Amazing stay
This was our second time at this hotel because the last holiday was such a wonderful experience! We stayed at Fisherman’s Village which is a lovely adults only part of the hotel. The pool there is amazing. It is very peaceful and the rooms are beautiful. The service at the hotel is excellent (all the staff were amazing) but Veronica deserves a special mention for her tireless and excellent service. She is always smiling and dedicated to her job and she is a credit to the hotel. Andrea also offered great service and had an excellent attitude every day. The food at breakfast lunch and dinner was great- there is always a wide selection of fresh food and good variety. The Italian a la carte restaurant was particularly delicious. The shows were great. The entertainment team is very talented and the musicians who accompanied them deserved credit as they were all top players! The lazy river feature is fun and the new adults only swim up bar is very cool! There are lots of lovely cats who are always at the hotel and a turtle too! We were upgraded rooms and given a late check out which was a lovely gesture. The only thing I would improve is with a late arrival, the food offered is only sandwiches and fruit (same as the last stay). I would suggest maybe the hotel could look at improving this in the future. Overall, I would definitely recommend this excellent hotel!

Would Not stay here
The hotel altogether is nice, and there is a member of staff who works in the main dining area in a morning and in the greats in an evening who is welcoming and lovely. However, this 10 day trip was completely ruined by the disgusting amount of mold found in my room. When first entering the room i believed it to just be dirt that cleaners could not reach, but it became more apparent as the holiday went on that this was mold, EVERYWHERE in the room. This was appalling and as soon as we realised we notified reception at the bay, yet it took hours for us to be moved. Surely, as cleaners came into our room everyday they would’ve noticed this? As you responded in my parents review that our room was always occupied and aircon was always on. This is completely false, as we were at the pool side from 9am until 6pm, and left again at 8pm - until 12am or later. In regards to the aircon, i do not have the aircon at all times as im sure your cleaners are aware as you had to move the mirror to get to the aircon unit which was extremely difficult to do even when a staff member was notified nothing was done. Regarding entertainment in the evening, we were unable to get in on multiple occasions. You replied to my mother’s comment stating it’s better that we didn’t get in due to my epilepsy, however you cannot comment on things you know nothing about clearly. Not all types of epilepsy are due to photosensitivity, and as you do not know accurate information on this, you should not publicly write about this. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again.
Another fantastic stay
Just leaving this fantastic hotel where we have enjoyed a two week holiday and wedding with 36 friends and family. This is our third visit here and yet again we cannot fault it. Food always good, the most friendly happy staff and loved the addition of the swim up bar where we all spent many happy hours. Big thank you to Ivo and Sanjay and also Andrea who couldn’t do enough for us.
