Room service
Munipal cleaned our rooms, he was very friendly and welcoming to us. Kept our rooms very clean and tidy, offered his service often. I would rate this hotel a 10/10 the area and atmosphere was amazing and hotel is good quality.
Super hotel and staff
The hotel staff were incredibly empathetic,Kind,and helpful.We had a health issue from the very fist day of our stay,and the entire team did everything the could to help and suport us.We are truly grateful and would like to sincerely thank the all!!!! The hotel and its service are excepțional,which îs why we will definitely be coming back next year!!!!
Loved this hotel
Myself and our friend took our 17 year old daughters on a break and choose this hotel for the location and reviews.
We arrived after midnight and were shown to our room to discover we were placed on top of a restaurant/club that went on until 3:30am. We noticed the next day our room had no balcony, as when making the booking made sure we booked the superior room with pool view and balcony.
We spoke to reception first thing, the manager couldn’t be more than accommodating. We received the rooms we originally booked, play given x2 free meal vouchers and x2 vouchers for a massage, therefore to say they couldn’t bend over backwards more was an understatement.
The hotel itself is very chilled, the pool/bar staff are a joy.
The hotel itself is a minute walk to the bars and nightlife, absolutely spot on to chill during the day and party during the night
Bottom line I would definitely return to this hotel as couldn’t fault anything.
Amazing Stay – And Andreas Made It Unforgettable! ⭐️
We had an absolutely amazing stay at Napa Plaza Hotel! The location is perfect — extremely central and within walking distance of everything, which made our trip so easy and enjoyable. The rooms were great, clean and comfortable, the pool area was beautiful, and we also really enjoyed the breakfast every morning.
But the absolute highlight of our stay was Andreas, who helped with our luggage. He genuinely made our days so much better with his funny, positive and energetic personality. He was always incredibly helpful, kind and made us laugh every single day. Honestly, he is one of the funniest and coolest people we have ever met and definitely someone we will remember from this trip! 🤗🫶🏼
The whole experience was fantastic and we would absolutely stay at Napa Plaza again. Highly recommended! 🤍
