The location is good for many things the atmosphere in reception and the soma bar was superb staff exceptional the cleaning staff were lovely and polite and good at there job then we get to the breakfast well the staff especially the lady outside who we found rude and very unhelpful the food cold often no cutlery no glasses even had to ask several times for bread the only hot food was the toast I did myself As with many hotels the sunbed situation several printed statements but nothing followed through by the hotel probably the worse I have experienced on a holiday I’m sad to leave such a review but it is a very honest account sadly nowhere near a 4 star hotel a 3 maybe on some things outside restaurants and soma 4 star parts of the hotel 3 star breakfast 2 star
Protaras was our first love & Ayia Napa is definitely our last .. !!!
If we had stayed in ayia Napa when we first visited Cyprus 3 yrs ago instead of Protaras it would of put us off going back to Cyprus as its night & day with Protaras which is miles better as a resort - the Napa plaza hotel reception staff were great but staff elsewhere didn’t acknowledge us whilst we were there - the pool area was lovely but towels had to be out by 7 in the morning unless you wanted to be tucked up in a corner somewhere - for a four star hotel the room was very poor looking and had the floor lifting in places every time you walked on it & the air con control had what looked like dried blood over it (see pics) which didn’t effect our stay as it wasn’t really hot enough to have to use it so we never mentioned it to reception but it was just poor for a supposed 4 star hotel - our main problem was the food if it wasn’t cold it was just lukewarm for breakfast everyday of our stay - it even threw in little surprise extras like southern fried wedges pizza squares & on the last day on the omelette station large flavoured noodles !!!! - it just felt like leftovers from the night before - we’ve been 7 times to Cyprus in the past 3 yrs & unfortunately this is the poorest hotel we have stayed in - there will be no ayia Napa return for us !!

The Hotel is lovely we couldnt fault it,but the person who made it special was a gentleman and housekeeper called Munepal. He went above and beyond to make the room up we loved coming back to find towel surprises😅 which we decided to have fun with and create some for him. Thankyou so much we both had a lovely holiday.

I really don’t know where to start. My husband always books beautiful hotels for our wedding anniversary. I must admit when he said we were staying in Ayia Napa I was thinking rowdy, loud, not being able to relax but again he didn’t disappoint.
This hotel has felt like a real treat.
The bar staff and waiters are amazing all Of them are very pleasant and easy to Approach. Nothing is to Much trouble and remembered our drinks which were amazing!
Always quite dubious about what drinks we will get served in an all inclusive hotel but these drinks are served with love and are premium standard. To the iced vanilla lattes of a morning to the vodka lime and soda the cocktails are UNREAL quality.
The food is the best I’ve ever had in an all Inclusive hotel. The main restaurant in the hotel has food that is fresh clean and so tasty even the soups of an evening were delicious. In other hotels They’re watery but the soups here are fabulous
Every evening is a different theme and all Meals are hot constantly being stocked up and being checked over by the chefs themselves who are always on the ball and making sure everything is just right. Amazing.
Sooooooo don’t get me started on the à la carte restaurants OMG…… we have the pleasure of 5 visits during our stay and they were fine dining restaurants and we were treated like kings and queens. Before I came here I was planning on visiting the pepper bar anyway and didn’t realise it was a part of the hotel that in itself was such a gorgeous treat for us.
The same executive chef is always about Making sure everything is running to a really high standard.
The pool is lovely very chilled with some light music in the back ground everything you need to relax.
The rooms are clean and spacious we were room 110 which was over looking the pool we had robes and slippers which I also loved. The cleaners are lovely and nothing was too much trouble.
The reception staff are wonderful always a smile On their face and again nothing at all is to much trouble. We did have an experience where we put our towels down super early in the morning and when we came down on the morning they had gone. Reception were really Helpful reminding us of the rules they kindly gave us 2 more towels with a gentle don’t do it again. Haha it was our own fault as we did put them down about 1am when we had got back from a night out haha our bad 🥴

Nice but be carefull what room you get.
The hotel is centraly located next to the Church and consert square in Agia Napa. The hotel is clean and the food / facilitys are good, the Staff is nice. But.. if one is unlucky and get a room facing the church one has to accept ringing bells and loud priers on speaker from 7am every day and more often in week end, night clubs behind the square keep banging til 3am... The pool is nice but there are not enough beds so be prepared for long walk to the Beach ( we like sea better). Finally we booked 1/2 board ( breakfast& dinner) Foods was realy good drinks are expensive and the beer is not cold and no gaz left after 2 min. ( buy your beer elswere)
