Small pool, small bathroom, great service and close to everything.
We had a great experience with Munipal, who provided excellent service and was incredibly welcoming. While the bathroom was on the smaller side, the staff’s kindness more than made up for it.

The location is pretty close to the center area the bars and restaurants, nice staff and nice pool , room is very good and clean
Amazing food and super location overlooking thew main square
Stayed here for a week July 2026. We had a brilliant time. The buffet food is excellent and overseen by an exec chef who cares about the food quality. We had 2 suites with jacuzzi bath. Most rooms with balconies overlook the pool. The staff on reception, the pool bar and the various restaurants were all amazing. We dined 5 nights in the buffet , different theme every night and 2 nights in the a la carte it was easy to book on the portal in reception. I also had a massage at the spa which was excellent. Didn't use the indoor pool or gym but all looked great. Location right next to the square where the buses arrive, few minutes to the strip, we didn't hear any noise apart from the one night when everyone was celebrating the England win. Short walk to sandy beach or a 20 mins walk to Nissi Beach which was also lovely. Well done to all the team at this Hotel.

Perfect week at Napa Plaza Hotel
Location is perfect central in Ayia Napa. The Rooms were nice and clean with working AC. The Atmosphere in the pool and bar area was relaxd. Also at night there was no shouting and loud noises outside the room. Housekeeping service was very friendly and worked nice and clean. The stay was worth every penny.
