I have never written a trip advisor review in my life after several holidays a year so I’m hoping that puts into perspective how passionate I am about this review and preparing others.
Firstly if you have booked this hotel with love holidays or plan too they only sell the annex rooms which is not advertised on their website.
The annex rooms are located across the road from the hotel above a shop. If this is your idea of 4* then carry on - if it’s not AVOID!
It’s not just love holidays however some guests will be plonked above the shops and it’s simply awful. No lifts, full of young girls partying and no access to any facilities.
The pool area is not big enough for the amount of guests. You can’t get a bed any day and even if you are lucky enough they are on top of everyone else with little room to move. Most beds are in the shade because of the amount of trees surrounding the pool. Yes they look pretty but if you want to sunbathe it’s near on impossible.
If you have or plan to book an all inclusive be prepared to not be able to be in the hotel during the day (unless you sit in the room!) as there is nowhere in sun to sit.
The food - lukewarm and basic. Expected at an all inclusive I guess. My main gripe was that your drink never came with your food. It took that long that you had finished eating before it arrived. Lunch at the pool bar was sandwiches only. Not ideal it you have allergies or food intolerances as the options are so limited.
Majority of the staff were fine but I would strongly advise avoiding the male manager. He is rude, ignorant and unhelpful. He made us feel so unwelcome for the duration of our stay.
The glass on the balconies within the annex rooms was cleaned at 6am. Again this may not bother you but for me personally it isn’t the time I want to be woke on my holiday.
Honestly I strongly advise avoiding this hotel.
The hotel was clean and our room was comfortable we found the food to be very good, we have read reviews saying the food isn't hot enough but that wasn't the case while we were there, The sunbed wars began on our second week so we used the beach which is a few minutes walk from the hotel, there are no hot snacks at all only cold sandwiches from the pool bar which was very disappointing, there's no entertainment other than pool aerobics each morning and an occasional DJ at night, the alcohol is ok but the mixers are terrible, the staff during the day in the dining room and at the pool were lovely but the bar staff at night could do with a lesson in smiling, we definitely won't be returning to this hotel
I had an absolutely incredible experience at the spa! From the moment I walked in, Tea made me feel really welcoming and the atmosphere and beautifully relaxing. Every detail—from the soothing music to the clean, serene space—made me feel completely at ease.
The massage itself was one of the best I’ve ever had. The therapist Ntorii was highly skilled, attentive, and knew exactly how to relieve tension while still making the experience deeply relaxing. I walked out feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely stress-free.
You can truly tell that a lot of care and passion goes into the service and I can’t recommend this spa enough to anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves.
I will definitely be coming back again soon!
Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were all friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We stayed B&B and the breakfast was lovely with a good choice each morning. The hotel was also very clean everywhere.
We didn’t watch the entertainment so can’t comment on that side of things.
The only issue which really needs addressing is the sunbed situation. People were putting towels out ridiculously early to reserve beds. One day I saw sunbeds reserved for around 5 hours without anyone using them. Last night at 11pm people were already reserving beds for the next day, which is crazy. I know the rule is meant to be one hour, but it really needs to be properly enforced as it’s unfair on other guests.
