A little gem !
Wish to share how amazing this hotel is, this is our 6th time back. The hotel is set in a beautiful location the hotel delivers every time to high standards from the rooms, the staff the lovely Georgina who is absolutely 100% nothing is too much trouble and I have to mention the life guards who made us laugh. This is a super chilled hotel and perfect if you wish to relax by the pool or the beach. .we will be back ! Thankyou Grecian Sands
Good stay overall
I have just returned back from Grecian Sands - travelled with my sister (both of us in our 30s) and my 2 year old nephew.
Location: 4/5 - quick transfer from Larnaca airport (1hr), walkable to lots of restaurants and bars. I’ve marked down slightly because the beach isn’t part of the hotel so you have to pay for sun beds down there (€10 for 2) which isn’t bad but additional to what you’ve paid already. Beach itself is stunning - white sand and clear waters.
Atmosphere 4/5 - very chilled in the hotel, could do with a bit more going on in the day eg music by the pool. Also travelled in October so no entertainment for children. Overall we wanted a relaxing break so wasn’t a big issue for us.
Rooms 3/5 - our room was a bit tired and had the world’s smallest balcony. Also very close to the neighbours so could smell their smoking a lot of the time. Housekeeping often left used glasses in the room for several days.
Noise 5/5 - very quiet and easy to sleep at night
Food and drink 3/5 - breakfast is amazing, with a full spread - omelette station, hot and cold foods however lunch is quite poor with a limited selection and we only tried dinner once and was quite average. The cocktails are where we felt quite let down as only a small selection of the classics are included in the AI package - daiquiris and margaritas are not! Top shelf alcohol is used but selection is limited in my opinion.
Staff 5/5 - couldn’t have been kinder to us!
Pool area 4/5 - the children’s pool could have done with cleaning as was quite dirty but main pool lovely however a little chilly. Generally no issue with sun beds however we did put towels down at breakfast time.
We had a nice week however for the price we paid in October a few improvements would have made a big difference - better lunch, larger and more modern room, more cocktails in AI and sun beds on the beach.

Love it!
A very nice experience in Ayia Napa! I didn’t know which hotel to choose but ended up with Grecian sands and i don’t regret it! The view is amazing, atmosphere is very relaxing because at this time of the year is not really busy, there’s mostly only elderly have vacations but outside of the hotel you still can see young people. Breakfast in the hotel is very good, but it’s better to come early or later when it’s not so many people, thanks to Christina for amazing omelettes and shoutout for a cute blonde girl on the pool bar and her drinks! Thank you Grecian Sands for amazing holidays!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Grecian Sands Hotel in Cyprus! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome by the friendly, attentive and professional staff, who went above and beyond to make our experience truly special.
The hotel is in a beautiful location, with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and direct access to a gorgeous sandy beach. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well maintained, and the entire hotel has a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. The food was delicious, with plenty of choice, and the service throughout our stay was excellent.
What really made our experience stand out was the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. Every member of staff contributed to making our stay memorable, and it was clear that guest satisfaction is a real priority.
Whether you're looking for a relaxing beach holiday, a romantic getaway or a wonderful place to unwind in the sunshine, Grecian Sands Hotel is an excellent choice. The beautiful surroundings, fantastic facilities and outstanding service made our stay truly enjoyable.

Unforgettable holiday at Grecian Sands Hotel.
Beautiful hotel in a quiet part of Ayia Napa, with amazing views on turquoise sea, close to sea caves and bridge of love. Great sandy beach with good access to sea. Great spacious studio with sea view, terrace with access to the pool shrouded by palm trees. Relaxing atmosphere. Clean hotel with friendly staff, tasty food in hotel restaurants. Highly appreciated individual approach due to food intolerances.
