Fantastic holiday
Amazing location and having walked along the beach I would say Grecian Sands has one of the best locations. It has its own private beach and if you arr lucky enough to get one of the sunbeds at the front, the view is amazing. You can walk along the coast in both directions. All amenities were close by including restaurants and supermarkets. I would also recommend eating at the beach restaurant and the rooftop restaurant, food was amazing. Poolside was also great and we spent equal time at both. Towels for the pool/beach provided by the hotel. Even though it is a big hotel it didn't feel busy. The buffet restaurant for breakfast was probably the busiest area but always tables available and plenty of food. The staff work very hard. A shout out to Christina who made the omelettes in the morning. Atmosphere around the hotel is relaxing. At night there were singers on in the lounge. Rooms were great. We didn't have sea view but wish we had. Our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels given. There was no noise from either the hotel or outside so we didnt have any disturbed sleep. All staff were great especially Georgina, who was amazing after my son had an accident. I would definitely go back.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at the Grecian Sands Hotel in Ayia Napa, and I genuinely cannot fault our experience..
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really made our stay so special were the people- The staff were absolutely superb; always warm, friendly, attentive and ready to help with a smile:) A special mention has to go to Georgina, Raphaella and Pantellis, who were wonderful, along with so many other members of the team whose names unfortunately I didn’t manage to get. Every member of staff we encountered contributed to making our stay so enjoyable.
Our room was always kept beautifully clean and was consistently replenished with everything we needed. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job throughout our stay.
Breakfast was lovely, with a great selection of fresh food, and I particularly loved being able to have fresh eggs cooked to order exactly how you wanted them.
The pool area was beautiful, relaxing and very well looked after, with comfortable sunbeds and fresh beach towels available whenever we needed them. There were always plenty of staff around to take care of you, yet it never felt intrusive just genuinely friendly and attentive service.
And then there is the location - The beach is literally about a minute away, just down a few steps from the hotel. Beautiful sand, gorgeous sea and so convenient that you can easily go between the beach, pool and hotel throughout the day.
What stood out most was how effortless everything felt. Nothing seemed too much trouble, everything was taken care of, and we were always greeted with warmth and a smile.
A huge thank you to everyone at Grecian Sands for making our stay so lovely. It is rare to leave a hotel feeling that there genuinely wasn’t anything you could fault, but that is exactly how we felt.
We would happily return and would absolutely recommend Grecian Sands to anyone looking for a beautiful, welcoming and relaxing stay in Ayia Napa ❤️

Fantastic Hotel
We’ve just returned from an amazing two-week stay at the Grecian Sands Hotel in Ayia Napa and honestly couldn’t fault it.
The staff were fantastic from start to finish — friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Georgina and Petros were always on hand to ensure the hotel ran smoothly and were incredibly accommodating and hospitable. Christina, who made the omelettes at breakfast, was super friendly and always remembered our family of five’s orders, which was such a lovely personal touch. The staff were also extremely helpful when we needed some clothes washed, returning everything neatly to our room.
The hotel was spotlessly clean and well maintained, with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The location is perfect, right on a beautiful beach with crystal-clear waters and some great beach bars along the coastline. It’s also within easy walking distance of the main strip, with a beautiful 15-minute walk along the beach to the harbour.
One of the highlights was the rooftop burger bar, with excellent views across Ayia Napa and the perfect spot to watch the sunset. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable.
We had a fantastic two weeks and would definitely return. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable — highly recommended!

Best hotel
Had a really nice stay at Grecian Sands Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful location. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and overall we had a great experience. Would definitely recommend! thanks to the manager he is doing a good job he is everywhere 👏

I would like to say a big thank you To Georgina.. She was absolutely wonderful anything we needed she was there to help. She always had a smile on her face and she was very welcoming. She's a great credit to your beautiful hotel and because of her we will be coming back again and again! Thank you so much from me and faith and my other daughters and friends that left earlier xxx
