For those that enjoy the outdoors, the natural wonders of Ayia Napa Sea Caves are just 5.8 km away located right next to the Kavo Gkreko National Forest Park. Larnaca International Airport is set at 57 km away. The hotel offers luxurious design guest rooms with earth tone colours and wooden furnishings. All rooms are fitted with a TV, Mini fridge, air-conditioning, hair dryer and bath amenities. The hotel holds 2 restaurants offering fine Italian and Greek dishes, a bar, a pool bar, a coffee shop, an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre.
Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff, wonderful location. Everything about this hotel is WONDERFUL. I went with my little boy and we had the best tjme! Stunning pool area with super comfy sunbeds. Delicious food and fantastic rooms. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for us. Highly recommend!
Location is quiet and clean. Stuff is respectful, really helpful and knows English. Cleaning is great, stuff is doing a really good job. Sleep is amazing, good mattresses and quiet at night. Poll is clean and sunbeds are cleaned after every use (i appreciate that a lot in my opinion).
Food was amazing - we had breakfast (coffee is good) and dinner was very diverse (each day was different cuisine like Greek, Asian, Mexican etc. - so cool). Drinks were good too, at the restaurant and pool bar.
The room was big, bathroom is spacious and balcony too. Loved it! The beach was clean, not so many rocks - 10 euros for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella. The surroundings were nice with many shops to explore, Aqua Park and Fun Park. Very suitable for families with kinds too! There are many things to visit, thematic restaurants and good food.
We loved our trip so much. So relaxing!
We were very impressed with the 3 ladies at the reception (day and night) who were smiling, friendly and helpful with love. And of course the dining room workers and the omelette maker

This hotel is by far the best hotel I have been to in Ayia Napa. For the past 13 days my wife and me have been to 4 hotels in Ayia Napa and this hotel wins them all. The service of wonderful staff (Anna and the rest) was outstanding. This hotel is sparkling clean beautiful rooms with a lot of light. Perfect breakfast and food very good location. We loved it. Thank you for understanding our situation and thank you for refunding nights we did not us. Just wow.
Disappointing to have to write a one star review but really focuses on the arrogant and negative attitude of a particular person on front desk and various issues below which were never resolved.
Wish to state hotel is in a lovely location and rooms are good , nice breakfast , polite breakfast staff , nice pool , ironing room and indoor pool.
The above said, don't ever book an inland room. Inland in my eyes suggests of other hotels or hills or whatever is behind the hotel. No this is ground floor and points towards the side of another building and a car park so that's all you can see from the balcony.
Next the TV was broke and this was mentioned when we arrived and still not fixed the day we are leaving , blaming on a bank holiday ? Surely that doesn't bring all to a stand still.
Next the patio door noting we are on ground floor wasn't locking right and whilst maintenence showed how you could lock , the cleaner on 2 out of the 7 days failed to lock so someone could of easily broken in.
Next the bathroom had an aroma of sewers , thankfully we brought an air freshener which helped offset.
On day of departure to try and mitigate the above , we asked if they would give us extended check out and lady on reception said no .... after stating all of the above she honestly said "you get what you pay for" that is such a negative attitude and a driver of bad customer service which leaves a very sour taste in your mouth.
We have stayed in 2 star self catering to 5 star hotel resorts , it doesn't matter where you stay, you still expect common courtesy and an acceptance if something is wrong and a simple apology. This person and I won't quite names but for purpose of hotel management we checked in late Sunday 8th June and spoke again to same person again this morning Sunday 15th June.
This is such a shame because the hotel does have many positives and if you have booked a high floor , I am sure you will have a good holiday but anyone who ends up with a basement or ground floor room you have been forewarned.
Many thanks for taking the time to read this feedback.
