Ideally situated outside of Ayia napa main resort.
We arrived late Saturday night at the hotel, the lady at the reception was polite and friendly. We entered our spacious apartment and the air condition was on full blast (which was needed). The lady phoned us and said they had a dinner for us at reception as we were half board. This was ideal as we were going to go out for something to eat. The food was tasty and much needed after our flight. The apartment was more than spacious for our stay. It was clean bright, the kitchenette was in good nick. The bathroom and shower were modern and bright too. The breakfast and dinners were good, plenty of choices at dinner time, breakfast was okay too. Make sure you don't eat late at dinner time, the cooked meals seem to dry out (this is not a criticism of the food). The pool was busy from 9am till 6m but we were always able to get sunbeds. Good sized swimming pool which I was dipping in as often as I could (temps rose to 40 degrees at its peak). The staff were brilliant especially Val, bar staff, waiters were always chatting and couldn't do enough for you. Fantastic holiday which complimented with a wonderful Hotel made it so relaxing. If you wanted the buzz of Ayia napa it was only a 10 minute walk. Beach was 15 minutes walk (sand or pebbles/rocky). The added bonus of our holiday when checking out was we were given an extension to our room until 6pm which we did not expect, thanks for that (if that was part of the our package deal I do not know) as we had a pick up at 5pm. Decent sized balcony which we sat on often watching people heading into the main resort at night, sipping our Gin & Tonic's. We would stay here again as the staff made us so welcome.

Fantastic Hotel
Fantastic place, staff are lovely and location is great. This is our second time staying here and love it.Rooms are basic but very spacious and plenty of wardrobe space. There were 28 of us and not one person complained about anything here. I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews and whinging about the hotel, in my opinion if you want 5 star, you should pay for 5 star. We will definitely be back next year 🤩

Honest review
Hi I visited this apartment complex for 2 weeks. Our opinions are that the check in was very easy and straightforward given door key card and made our own way to the room using their lift. We were given an apartment over looking the main road leading into the main resort of Ayia Nappa. It was very spacious but lacked much furniture in the kitchen diner just a sofa bed and plastic table with matching chairs. The sofa to sit on was very uncomfortable and you had no coffee table for putting cups on. So it’s difficult to sit and enjoy your cuppa as you end up putting it on the floor. The balcony was big with 4 chairs and a table on. The road noise is quite loud and does affect getting to sleep especially on a Friday and Saturday evenings. The pool very nice with sun beds that are uncomfortable sun is limited as surrounded by apartments. Bar is good food is also good friendly staff tv etc sky sports. I can’t give the restaurant any review didn’t use it. The cleaning of the apartment was to a good standard and towels were every three days or sooner sometimes. The building has large underground parking. All in all a happy experience 😃

Might not be 5 star luxury but ut is 5 star service and friendly the staff go above and beyond they are so friendly from the reception staff cleaners and the lovely bar man I think his name is yannis he kept us hydrated all day and knew what drink we had very funny and friendly man this was my second visit this year the apartments are very close to shops bars and the beach I would not hesitate to return thank you eveabelle for a great week
