The newly build Eleana hotel is scheduled to open in June 2018. The hotel is located only 300 metres from the famous Grecian beach and is only a minute walk from the busy centre of Ayia Napa. The modern 116 rooms are equipped with a/c, 32" flat-screen TV with satellite channels, safe box, mini fridge, hair dryer and telephone. All rooms are pool view. The hotel features a salt water outdoor pool, kids pool, an indoor pool, steam bath, jacuzzi and basic gym. The restaurant offers a variety of local and International buffet and he modern bar a mixture of local and International drinks and cocktails. WiFi is free in all public areas and rooms.
Me and 4 friends came to stay at the Eleana Hotel. I was apprehensive of its 3* rating but I was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were clean and modern, the pool area was perfect and the food was great. It wasn’t a huge buffet but there was always something for everyone. There were a few downsides - we were all inclusive and the pool bar shut for all inclusive food and drinks during the day unless you paid for it. The menu at the snack bar was very limited on all inclusive and the rest had to be paid for - I’ve never been somewhere like that before! Also at check out our bracelets were cut off and we couldn’t get food and drinks until we left for the airport - again this is disappointing and probably why the hotel only receives 3*. All in all we had a great holiday, Ayia Napa is beautiful and the hotel is a short walk to the beach. We had a few problems in our room - the safe wouldn’t work, the fridge was leaking and maintence came the next day to sort both out. With a few tweaks this hotel could be greatly improved!
Everything FANTASTIC. Very nice place and very clean.
The BREAKFAST WAS Absolutely delicious.
The staff very friendly, expecially Lyudmila lot she always helps. Recommend this hotel
We have just returned from a fantastic stay at the Eleana Hotel and overall had a wonderful experience
The very first thing we noticed was how incredibly clean the hotel was. The housekeeping team clearly take great pride in their work, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was outstanding. Our room and all public areas were spotless throughout our stay
The manager was extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for guests. In fact, all of the staff were lovely, welcoming and always happy to help. A special mention to the pool bar staff who were fantastic all week and really added to the holiday experience
We were lucky enough to have a swim-up pool room, which we absolutely loved. Having our own private space to relax was a real highlight of the holiday
The food was good and everything we tried was very tasty. Dinner was particularly enjoyable, with plenty of well-prepared dishes and themed evenings such as Italian and Greek nights which kept things interesting. The lasagne served one evening was especially good
The all-inclusive cocktail selection was excellent and the bar opening times were what you would expect from an all-inclusive hotel
My only negative experience was on our final day when one male member of staff at the bar was unnecessarily rude when I ordered three drinks. There were five of us in our group, all staying on an all-inclusive basis, and throughout the week we had taken turns going to the bar for everyone. When I explained this, he accepted it, but the way it was handled felt abrupt and unnecessary. Thankfully, this was the only negative interaction we had during the entire holiday
I would also like to offer some feedback regarding the snack menu. While the food available was nice, many of the options felt more like full meals rather than snacks. Items such as burgers and chips or spaghetti bolognese are quite substantial. It might be nice to see some lighter options added, such as feta and olives, halloumi, breads with dips, or other traditional Greek-style snacks for guests wanting something smaller between meals
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return. A clean, modern hotel with friendly staff, great facilities, excellent cocktails and a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you to everyone at Eleana for helping make our family holiday so enjoyable
The hotel was overall a brilliant place. The staff were friendly, the hotel was very clean, the food was very tasty even though there wasn’t a huge variety everything was so tasty and cooked very well. The cleaners were exceptional they put a lot of effort in to make sure the rooms were fresh and clean everyday no complaints for the cleaners! One of the things we all loved was the ease of being able to get a sunbed by the pool no matter the time of day. The location was brilliant, it was close to the strip but also far enough away that it wasn’t too loud in the evenings, the hotel has a strict policy on volume however I was woken up a few times around 3am by people a few doors down, but with it being Aiya Napa we did expect this so can’t really complain. The only complaints we had as a group was… we arrived late on the first night so the all inclusive bar was closed, then on the last day check out time was 12pm and although our transfer to the airport was 6pm we were unable to continue our all inclusive holiday without having to pay €45 for a ‘all inclusive day wristband’. Another thing was we had our buggy parked in the hotel carpark and our fuel was robbed from the buggy, no fault of the hotel however once reported nothing was given back to us regarding cctv. All in all I would say we would definitely stay here again however would like some entertainment in the evenings and I believe the all inclusive let us down when we were told our wrist bands would be cut 6 hrs before leaving the hotel.
Location great ,hotel beautiful, food good ,rooms very clean ,second time here went back this time with friends as we loved so much . What a change it's been so many kids we was the oldest here, they covered the entire pool area. Noisy and unrespectful.noise at night was disgusting hardly slept,it's a shame but will have to find another hotel for future
