Atlantica Sancta Napa

We spent a fantastic week at Atlantica Sancta Napa Resort and had an amazing holiday. We chose to stay in the Deluxe area of the hotel and did not regret our decision.

This part of the hotel was wonderful, with its pools illuminated like a starry sky, waterfalls, an outdoor pool with a jacuzzi, lush green trees and shrub hedges that provided plenty of privacy for guests, and lovely modern rooms.

We particularly enjoyed the calmer and quieter atmosphere in this area of the hotel, as it was adults-only and there was no noise from children nearby.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's no-smoking policy. Unfortunately, some guests do not follow the hotel rules and still tend to smoke both by the pool and while sitting at the pool bar.

The food was delicious, both at the buffet restaurant and at the à la carte restaurants. We managed to dine at all three and had a very positive experience at each one. The food was incredibly flavourful and perfectly cooked. It was undoubtedly one of the best hotel dining experiences I have ever had.

The hotel staff were very helpful, polite, and friendly. Special thanks to our pool bar waiters, Ilias and Dimitrios! I would also like to thank the manager, Ele Papapetrou, for her strong and effective leadership, which has helped make this hotel stand out as a truly exceptional destination!

I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat and would highly recommend it to everyone. You certainly won't regret it!

Writing An Amazing Holiday at Atlantica Sancta Napa! We had an amazing holiday at Atlantica Sancta Napa! We absolutely loved our stay and had a wonderful time. Rooms and Cleanliness The rooms were cleaned every day, and the dining room was kept clean at all times. The entire hotel was very well maintained. When I had a problem with my room door, a member of the reception team came to my room and showed me how to fix it. He was very helpful and kind. Food and Restaurants The food was amazing, very tasty, and there was a great variety of dishes to choose from. Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:30, lunch from 12:00 to 14:30, and dinner from 18:30 to 21:30. There were delicious cakes and desserts at every lunch and dinner. They were really tasty! The kids ate at the snack bar every day. The food was always hot and fresh, which was great. Vera, who works at the snack bar, is such a lovely person — kind, caring, and always happy to help. She reminds me of a much-loved grandmother. ❤️ Pool and Activities The swimming pool was very clean, and the water temperature was perfect — not too cold at all! The children absolutely loved the swimming pool, especially the small slide! At around 11:30 every day, Ervan led a fun pool workout session with music. It was a great way to enjoy the pool and have fun at the same time. Kids' Club and Entertainment There is a kids' club where my children painted and played with Ervan, one of the children's entertainers. He is an amazing person! He was wonderful with the children and made their holiday even more special. He was also very helpful. Every evening from 20:30 to 21:00, there was a kids' disco with great music, also led by Ervan. The children loved it! There was also entertainment for adults every night. One evening, a woman performed an incredible sand painting show. It was absolutely amazing and very impressive! The only downside was that it was a little noisy on the first night because of the evening entertainment. However, on the following nights, the noise was not a problem. Location The location is wonderful! The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the sea, around 7 minutes from Luna Park, and approximately 15 minutes from the harbour. It is a great location for families who want to enjoy the beach, attractions, and the harbour. Pool Towels You pay a €10 deposit for a pool towel and get your money back when you return it at the end of your stay. Overall Experience We had a fantastic holiday at Atlantica Sancta Napa. The delicious food, cleanliness, wonderful pool, great location, and excellent entertainment made our stay truly special. A special thank you to Ervan for his amazing energy and for making the children so happy, and to Vera for her kindness and warm personality. We would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children!

An absolute gem of a hotel !!!! Ele and her team have the hotel running so smoothly everyone we met from arrival to departure was welcoming friendly and happy the food was one of the best all inclusive ever lots of choice fresh hot and delicious there are 3 ala carte Italian Greek taverna and asian all 10/10 we were looked after celebrating our 30th wedding with a cake and fizz its a fabulous hotel near to the main action in ayia napa if you want it but a lovely relaxing hotel near the beach too highly recommend sancta napa resort we loved every minute and can't wait to return thankyou to Ele for evening dinner and gift of olive oil you clearly take pride in your hotel and it shines thro your staff are all wonderful and made our holiday so special xxx
