The hotel is located in the resort centre of Ayia Napa close to all attractions, local shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Only 100 m from the beautiful white sandy beach, the picturesque fishing port of Ayia Napa offers a great range of options for an exciting day and night life.
This modern strand hotel, which was renovated in 2006, has a total of 148 rooms and offers very good service. It offers 24-hour reception, a safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access, a café, restaurant, conference facilities and parking. There is also a laundry service and bike hire available (subject to fees).
All elegant rooms have air conditioning/heating, an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, satellite TV, a radio, fridge, safe deposit box, balcony and a living room area.
There is a swimming pool with a pool bar, a sauna, tennis courts, a gym, pool tables and minigolf. Aerobics are also offered (subject to fees).
Guests can enjoy a rich international and Cypriot buffet menu including soups, salads, cold appetizers, hot dishes and desserts.

Our vacation at the Atlantica Sancta Napa Hotel was wonderful. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and very tastefully decorated. The hotel also features two large, well-maintained swimming pools. The selection of dishes is varied and plentiful, and everything is very tasty.
Perfect weekend
absolutely perfect experience here! Elena on the phone gave us a good upgrade and we go the private swim up rooms with a pool! Kyriakos and Amir at the front desk were so kind and welcoming! the adult only pool was so relaxing but if you wanted abit of water aerobics or some waterpolo fun the other pool was also great! we got the all inclusive package which had a huge selection of food! snacks in between were burgers, chicken wrap, muffin, eclairs, fries, salads we couldnt believe these were the snacks for in between breakfast lunch and dinner! all cocktails were included in the price! the agia napa strip was only 2 mins by foot and the sea was only 1! the rooms were top notch clean, had everything we needed! we will definetely be going again! they gave us a bottle of wine and a small chocolate cake as we were celebrating
The best hotel I have ever stayed at – we will definitely be returning!
I have just returned from a 10-night stay at Atlantica Sancta Napa, and I can honestly say this was the best hotel I have ever stayed at.
We booked a double room with a sea view and were pleasantly surprised to be placed in the annexe, which was absolutely stunning. The rooms are modern, spacious and beautifully designed. Our room was cleaned every single day, with fresh towels provided daily, and the attention to detail was fantastic. The bed was genuinely the comfiest hotel bed I have ever slept in, and we didn’t experience any noise at all during our stay. Being on the top floor, we had the most amazing sea view, which made waking up every morning even more special.
The pool areas are extremely well maintained, and there were plenty of sunbeds available around the annexe pool. One of the biggest bonuses was the pool bar next to the annexe pool, where there was never a queue. The fact that this pool is adults-only made the whole experience even more relaxing and peaceful.
I’m not usually a huge fan of all-inclusive holidays, but this hotel has completely changed my opinion. The food was incredible, with so much variety available at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything was fresh, beautifully prepared and delicious. This is genuinely the best all-inclusive food I have ever experienced.
Every single member of staff we met throughout our stay was amazing. From the reception team, housekeeping staff, bar staff and entertainment team, everyone was so friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. They truly cannot do enough for you and their service really made the holiday feel special.
The only small downside (and it is genuinely difficult to find one because the hotel was so fantastic!) was the evening entertainment. There were two evenings where external acts performed, and these were really enjoyable, but we felt this standard needed to be more consistent throughout the week. On the other evenings, we found ourselves leaving the hotel to visit nearby bars as the entertainment was quite disappointing. I cannot fault the animation team themselves, as they were all lovely and clearly worked incredibly hard, but we felt there could be a little more thought and variety put into the evening programme.
The location of the hotel is also perfect. It is only around a 5-minute walk to the beach, as well as the nearby bars and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area while still having a peaceful hotel to return to.
Overall, I genuinely cannot recommend Atlantica Sancta Napa enough. It exceeded all of our expectations, and we had the most amazing holiday. We will absolutely be returning in the future!
A gem of an hotel
On arrival to the hotel, we received a warm welcome from reception, we were invited to have a drink at the bar, whilst reception completed our check-in. On our return to reception, we were given complimentary sandwiches then shown to our room.
Our room overlooked the pool area and had a fantastic view of the sea. The room was lovely and clean. Our son had a full size adult bed, rather than a sofa bed, which was nice. We had a complimentary safe in the room.
Since our previous visit, the hotel has a beautiful new sunbathing area, an accompanying new bar, and fabulous new rooms that have a shared swim-up pool. Additionally, the hotel has more new gorgeous rooms, with their own swim-up pool, which will be available shortly. Finally, there is an amazing new roof top restaurant offing an a la carte Pan-Asian dining experience, with stunning views of the bay. The food is delicious!!
The hotel is in the perfect location, 5 minutes walk to the beach/sea, Ayia Napa town centre and harbour. There are shops, bars and restaurants, across the road from the hotel, but is in a lovely and quiet location.

Fantastic Stay!
Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay here. Staff amazing. Food and drink probably the best I've experienced in an all inclusive package. Rooms totally fine and clean. The only negative i could possibly say is the evening entertainment. This is just down to personal taste as we could see others really enjoying it. Would definitely visit again. Keep up the good work. ( special thanks to Petrus, Marius and Meddich)
