This hotel is amazing. The staff are all exceptional. Big shout out to to micheal the porter he's a wonderful helpful professional 👏 any business would be proud to have him .also Charlotte and Nicole .they mainly work in the skyfall bar .again exceptional polite and attentive well done girls .the reception are excellent. The restaurant and all the bar staff are wonderful. If you're looking for a stress free week book this hotel. The food is 5 star. The beach is beautiful and clean everything is amazing rooms are just stunning. Thank you for a wonderful holiday Ian and Rachel

Brilliant best food and service !!! Lovely atmosphere
Excellent Service & Kids delighted
We came to Mare Aiya Napa with high expectations. It’s a 5 star resort with everything you should need for a great holiday, so when we had a problem on our 2nd night the staff really stepped up. Esenia (Guest Relations) was great, she listened to our problem and worked to resolve everything very quickly, supported by the management team.
Our children loved the kids club and the activities they put on during our week long stay.

Excellent resort
Enjoyable relaxing holiday. Excellent food and spotlessly clean. Cyprus has amazing sunsets and this hotel backs onto the beach. Probably needs a technology upgrade ie Hotel restaurant booking App and keyless implant in the AI band. Entertainment probably needs a revamp as it seemed to repeat at 7 days

Adult Only Pool Badly Needed !
Overall this is a lovely large complex with several restaurant options, food and service was great in the speciality restaurants & bars, the buffet restaurant was fine, lots of variety, but as mentioned in previous reviews the food was never hot, always luke warm. I feel that this hotel could be so much better if there was an adult only, quieter pool, both pools were very busy & noisy with families, there are adult only restaurants and bars but no adult only pool which doesn't make sense. We did manage to find a quieter spot on the grass in front of the beach. The service from most of the staff was very good, a special shout out to the barman Christos who stood out from the rest, always chatty and friendly and made an excellent cocktail !
