Alion beach hotel was beyond my expectations! I felt like i was in a tropical island because of the crystal clear beach water and palm treesβ¦ It was heaven! The hotel is very classy, it offers exceptional fine dining experience in their restaurants with great service! the sea view room is a must! The body massage at the hotel is very relaxing! The spa staff and the manager are lovely and professionals. The products they use are organic and you can buy it. I went with my husband and my son of 8 years old and we had a blast! the location is perfect, 15 minutes to arrive at Ayia Napaβs restaurants and shops and 20 minutes to arrive at the harbor. What i liked a lot about the hotel as well is, as soon as you check in, you will choose your sunbeds, the available ones and you have a box like a safe box, they give you the key so you can put money or your cellphone inside and if you want a drink, you just have to press the button under the box and the friendly waiter will be here to serve you! Pure Luxury! You can do all kind of sports activities because itβs right next to Alion beach. The pool is beautiful and the ambiance of the hotel is peaceful, relaxing and classy π. In my opinion, Alion Beach hotel is the best hotel in Ayia Napa!
Been to the hotel 5 times now, with 5 star service each time. Several staff have been here from when I first started going, which says a lot. Amazing buffet. Love that you can reserve deck chairs!
This was the 5th or 6th time I have taken my six children to the Alion Beach Hotel. This time some partners and one 3-year-old grandchild were included. They all loved the hotel as much as we regulars and all were sad to leave. The magic of ABH is the location, the hotel itself and the food but most of all the service driven under the very watchful eye of Panicos Michael who is rarely far from where the action is. This results in staff who are all attentive without being intrusive but do their work with a smile. This makes one think the whole hotel is one happy family working on different sides of βthe counterβ but with the same purpose, for all the guests to have a good time. My family has been brought up on hole cooked food at a high standard, and the quality of the cuisine is critical to our enjoyment. The breakfast buffet includes a chef tending an egg/omelette/pancake station and hot and cold food including very high-quality breads and Vienoisserie. The OJ and bucks-fizz station is one of my favourite places, and the fresh preserves and cereals are great for convincing myself I am giving a nod in the direction of a healthy start to the day. Lunch if you need it is by the pool and includes pastas, sandwiches, burgers and salads all very well made. There is even a multi-flavour ice cream thingy. (does that have a name). One lovely touch is having deckchairs reserved for the length of your stay as is your evening dinner table. Buttons at each pair of deckchairs quickly call a server and you can order reasonably priced and excellent cocktails and even food from the all-day menu. The dinner buffet follows a theme on a 7-day cycle and has so much choice there is too much to sample. There are plenty of dishes for vegans and vegetarians and the dessert selection has really expanded. The rooms were refurbished between this stay and our last and there are many improvements. Room service is excellent and happens when you are out. If you miss a room service (perhaps because you are having a nap) you get a little note saying you can still get your room serviced up to 8pm if you call reception. There is of course a very good room service menu, and my youngest daughter ordered a sneaky pizza one afternoon and a few cocktails. In the evening we have coffee and whatever in the beautiful cool Muses and there is usually live entertainment too. All this contributed to our best ABH stay yet. They just get better. Thankyou Panicos and all the ABH team from the very happy Samuel family.
Our half-board stay at Alion Beach Hotel was perfect. The location is excellent and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Every area of the resort, from our room to the common spaces, was kept perfectly tidy and fresh throughout our stay. All the staff members were incredibly polite, welcoming, and always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast and dinner buffets were rich and delicious, so congratulations to the chefs! Mr. George, who managed the buffets, was incredibly hospitable and made sure we never missed a thing. We were also amazed by the hotel manager, who was outside every day in the heat to personally check if everyone was happy. Exceptional customer service!
This hotel is still the best in Ayia Napa in 2026!
This was probably our seventh stay at the Alion over the past seven years, and we're still super happy and impressed every single time. Definitely the best hotel in Ayia Napa, and believe me, we've tried at least five others.
In the meantime, they have renovated floors 2, 3, and 4, and the rooms are now truly international five-star standard. One detail that really stands out is the incredibly soft carpet in the hallways. It almost feels like you're walking on beach sand. Fantastic!
Another discovery this time was the Ipanema Bar, which now has a humidor with fine Cuban cigars, something I had never noticed before. The bar is also popular with locals and feels like a real insider tip. In my view, it's probably one of the best beach and lounge bars in Ayia Napa.
We also highly recommend the Wednesday evening buffet at the hotel. Amazing Italian food, especially the top-quality pasta and pizza.
Overall, just go to the Alion. You won't regret it. Still the best in Ayia Napa in 2026 and beyond, beautifully maintained and consistently excellent.
