Truly wonderful hotel – feels like home
Truly wonderful hotel! What makes it special is the people. Everyone, from the management and front desk to the restaurant and rooftop staff, is incredibly kind and warm. You don't feel like you're checking into a hotel, you feel like you're coming home. They welcome you so sincerely that you become part of the family. A special thank you to Niki, who is absolutely fantastic and always goes above and beyond. I can't wait to come back!
NYX Limassol, Disappointing Average Stay
OK Hotel. Bit of a party vibe. Average stay. Room great view. Housekeeping really nice. Front desk, good on booking in, when we had an issue, English language was a challenge, and they did not understand the issue, so despite offer to use exec lounge by way of apology, issue was left unresolved. Brunch on the roof, very good quality, but had to wait a long time even though we were the only people eating. Advertising said rooms were soundproofed, not entirely correct. Stayed on a Sunday night, music from rooftop very, very load. Muffled, but still discernable in room. Great location for popular tourist area, promenade, marina, cafes & restaurants and Limassol Castle (well worth a visit). Breakfast OK, but had expected better given the rave reviews. To us, typical bit hotel chain version of what someone though would be 'an experience' without bothering to check other higher-end hotels offer, for example we had a breakfast experience at Rixos in Dubrovnik that was much superior. The waiting staff was minimal, at 8.15am, only 1 x member of staff for example, who was seating people, clearing tables, handling queries, re-laying tables. By the drinks station, pool of water on the floor not wiped away. Kitchen staff being asked questions relating to areas they were not responsible for. Later when a more senior person was on the floor, and more staff were on the floor, there was a better sense of direction. This leave a lasting impression and lets the hotel down. Again, example at the drinks station, not until the senior person was on the floor, did drinks get replenished and made tidy. On this evidence, language issues and noise, would not stay here again.

Everything was perfect
We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were great. Everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent Staff and Exceptional Hospitality
