Just spent a fantastic two weeks at this splendid hotel. From arrival to departure we found the staff couldn't do enough to ensure the holiday was special. The food was excellent, always a varied choice of local and international dishes, so something for everyone. Reception staff great, housekeeping staff brilliant, bar staff of an evening great, pool staff during the day fantastic (well done to Justina and her team), catering staff very hardworking and excellent in producing the meals. It's great that you can choose either the quiet pool or the more lively one, so it's rest or play, your choice. I would recommend the free one time Ala Carte meal, the service was top quality as well as the food. As an all inclusive guest you will want for nothing. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily, mini fridge topped up every day with beer, water and fizzy drinks. If I had to find something to mark down it would be the lack of dress code of an evening, my wife and I like it treat the evening meal as a special moment, however quite a few guests do not make an effort and honestly look like they have just crawled out of bed, come on, it's an expensive and quality hotel. dress up. Also, smokers on the terrace during evening entertainment, clouds of smoke and/of vape mist are not nice. But to finish on a positive we had a great time, and will be returning to be pampered again.
Amazing room Staff amazing - Narayan was very professional and approachable The entertainment team Alex and Dan were awesome The instructor who did aqua fit was also amazing !!! Food was perfect and presented nicely not it giant batches. Got Prosecco on arrival and a cool towel They really went the extra mile to make sure you were happy AND poolside drink service which I have never had before :)
Good time for breakfast lunch and dinner and so close to the beach
We had the best time at Atlantica Bay - the hotel and staff are amazing. The food is fantastic - we loved the vibe the entertainment and the company we made.
We stayed at Atlantica Bay from 28th June 2026 for one week, and we had an amazing stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Cyprus.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Every member of the team was genuinely friendly, professional, and always smiling. No matter which area of the hotel we were in – reception, housekeeping, restaurants, bars, entertainment, or the pool everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their exceptional service really made the holiday unforgettable.
We stayed in one of the hot tub suite, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The room was modern, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, and there was a large 75-inch smart TV mounted on the wall with a great selection of channels and apps. We also had a Nespresso machine, tea and coffee-making facilities, and an excellent choice of teas, including chamomile, mint, green tea, strawberry, and more, all replenished daily.
The mini fridge was restocked every day with bottled water, Pepsi, 7UP, and beer, which was a lovely touch. There was a large sliding wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and storage, along with a free safe, ironing board, and iron.
The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a large double sink, a separate toilet cubicle, and a spacious rainfall shower. The room was full of thoughtful modern touches, including an interactive panel outside the door where you could select “Do Not Disturb” or “Make Up Room”, as well as a built-in doorbell.
Inside the room, there was a mood lighting system with settings such as Comfort, Relax, and Night Light, allowing you to change the atmosphere at the touch of a button. There were plenty of UK plug sockets and USB charging ports, making it easy to charge all of our devices without needing adaptors. The air conditioning was by far the best we’ve ever experienced abroad, keeping the room wonderfully cool throughout our stay, even in the Cyprus heat.
The food was one of the biggest highlights of our stay and, honestly, one of the best all-inclusive dining experiences we’ve ever had. The quality, variety, and choice were outstanding, with something to suit every taste. The live cooking stations were a fantastic touch – in the mornings, fresh omelettes were made to order, while in the evenings you could enjoy freshly cooked dishes such as grilled vegetables, belly pork, and other daily specials. There was an incredible selection of fresh salads, cheeses, breads, and international dishes every day, so we were never short of something new to try. The dessert selection was just as impressive, with delicious cheesecakes, crème caramel, and a different selection of freshly prepared desserts every evening, including favourites like bread and butter pudding, waffles, and warm custard. Every meal felt fresh, varied, and beautifully presented.
The à la carte restaurant deserves a special mention as it was simply out of this world. The food was exceptional, and the beef was, without a doubt, the best we’ve ever tasted. Every course was beautifully presented, cooked to perfection, and made for an unforgettable dining experience. It was the perfect addition to an already incredible all-inclusive offering.
The pool area was where we spent most of our time, and it was absolutely fantastic. The main pool is large, spacious, and never felt overcrowded, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds available throughout the day. There’s also a second pool by the spa, which offers a quieter, more relaxing atmosphere if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful to unwind.
The entire pool area was kept spotlessly clean and well maintained. One thing that really stood out was the excellent service from the pool bar team. They regularly came around taking drink orders and served them directly to your sunbed, which was a lovely touch. Throughout the day they also walked around offering complimentary ice creams and fresh slices of watermelon, which were especially refreshing in the Cyprus heat.
If you preferred, you could also visit the pool bar yourself, where there was a fantastic selection of drinks, including cocktails, prosecco, beer, soft drinks, and plenty of other options. Ice cream was also available throughout the day, served in cones, making it the perfect treat while relaxing by the pool. The attentive service and little extras really made the pool experience feel luxurious.
A special mention also has to go to the spa. We would highly recommend treating yourself to one of the spa experiences during your stay. My partner had a facial and said it was the best she had ever had. The products used were exceptional, and the level of service, care, and attention to detail from the spa team was faultless. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind during our holiday and added an extra touch of luxury to our stay.
One of the standout features of our stay was the entertainment. There was always something going on from around 10:15am right through until late in the evening. During the day you could enjoy activities such as water aerobics, arts and crafts by the pool, and water basket ball, this also encouraged guest to interact with each which was lovely, while the evenings featured live singers, music quizzes, silent discos, shows, and so much more. The entertainment team were full of energy and enthusiasm, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere without ever being over the top, so there really was something for everyone.
The location is also ideal, with beautiful sea views and easy access to the ancient city of Amathus, where you can explore the fascinating archaeological site, including the remains of the Temple of Athena.
we noticed around the hotel was the presence of a couple of friendly cats around the outside areas. They were clearly well cared for by the hotel and are looked after, including being flead and wormed and it was actually a lovely addition to the relaxing atmosphere of the resort. So if you see them during your stay, don’t be alarmed – they are part of the hotel surroundings and are very well looked after. There is also a TUI rep there most days to help you book your excursions and ask questions.
Overall, Atlantica Bay exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s a fantastic adults-only hotel with exceptional staff, luxurious rooms, outstanding food, excellent facilities, brilliant entertainment, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. We made some wonderful memories here and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you to everyone at Atlantica Bay for making our holiday so special! As an independent travel agent I will be definitely recommending this outstanding holiday resort to my potential clients wishing to visit this beautiful part of the world
The most amazing thing about this hotel is the staff, every single one smiled were polite and helped to make our holiday special. Buffet food very very good, sadly I missed there being a good selection of fresh fruit just the basics apples oranges melon few bananas I did see grapes a once however lots of tinned fruit if you like that sort of thing. Very excited by the king prawns but found them cremated as they couldn’t be peeled as so crispy, I’ve since heard some people eat the shells so maybe it’s a Cypriot thing? Nama restaurant was superb a very special treat, we don’t normally bother with à la carte as they are a disappointment. Good white wine and cocktail selection. Service around the pool was so welcomed and a nice touch. Rooms small but huge bed and comfortable pillows, something I really struggle with. Lisa the Tui rep is in a league of her own every day she would walk around the pool and ask everyone if all was well is everyone happy! Entertainment is low key but a few great night ABBA duo and the Monday night vocalist were great. We don’t usually return but we are definitely tempted to return for some more Atlantica Bay hospitality it really is the best.
