This establishment offers guests comfortable accommodation and a wonderful starting point for those who would like to explore Croatia. The wonderful hotel is proud of its rich history. The building dates back to the Austro-Hungarian era. The hotel cherishes the charm and ambience of the time, but has been recently refurbished and provided with modern amenities needed to ensure a pleasant stay. The property boasts a beautiful location with plentifully gardens and thriving pedestrian boulevards of shops, cafes and restaurants. The beach is just 150 m away making it easy for guest to enjoy various water sports in the summer months. Dubrovnik Old Town is only 3 km away and is easily reached via public transport.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Location is great. Centrally located, walking distance to everywhere important to see. Atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. Rooms are spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything you need. I have to mention breakfast that is just out of this world. They serve everything that you can imagine to have for breakfast. Breakfast host, Dragica, made our visit to Sheraton very special. Dragica made us feel like visiting family in Zagreb, who happened to live in some big house :) She is true ambasador of Sheraton Zagreb!
Very good attention from all the personal, especially Dragica
Jovana was fantastic in the bar
Sheraton Zagreb is exactly why I’m a Bonvoy member. Beautiful rooms, spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. Dominik at the reception desk was wonderful. He was able to check us in early and allowed a little extra time in the club lounge while we waited for our ride to the airport after checkout. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. We’ll definitely be back!
Incredible place to be. I adored the bar, especially lady there, whose name is Katarina.
As mentioned earlier. The service that was offered by Katarina, her openness & kindness and willingness to help melted my heart indeed. I’ll definitely will be back. 2. Drinks. Also cocktails are very good and at a very fair price for Europe. My favorite was Hugo Spritz. 3. Desserts. Incredibly good. Apple pie by a special recipe and a chocolate cake “Zagreb” were super delicious. Even for someone who doesn’t eat sugar. It was worth it 4. Food. Me and my friend came to have a breakfast, and we weren’t disappointed. Huge choice, big portions, fresh and delicious food.
