Great experience!
The hotel was nothing sure of luxury and calm. We enjoyed all aspects- the suite, service and restaurants! Our kids loved jumping from the cliffs and the spa was excellent for us. The person that made this even better was our personal butler Alexa! She welcomed us, answered all our questions and even facilitated reservations and much more! We will be back !
Exceptional butler - Alexa
We stayed in Croatia for three weeks, and Alexa was our butler throughout our stay. We have stayed at many hotels and have had the pleasure of working with several butlers, but the service and care Alexa provided was by far the best we have ever experienced. Alexa is incredibly passionate about her job, and it truly shows in everything she does. During our stay, we unfortunately had some health issues, and Alexa went above and beyond to do everything she could to make us feel better and recover as quickly as possible. She was always available whenever we needed her, no matter the time of day. One of the things that impressed us most was her exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. She was able to communicate wonderfully with everyone, including our nanny, who does not speak English, and always made sure that everyone felt understood and taken care of. One evening, when we suddenly became unwell, Alexa managed to organise a doctor for us on a weekend evening at 11 PM within just a few seconds. Her quick response, calm attitude, and willingness to help in such a stressful situation meant a lot to us. Alexa is not only professional and extremely capable, but also genuinely caring and attentive. She consistently went beyond what we expected from a butler and made our three-week stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. We will genuinely miss having Alexa around. She is an incredible asset to the Rixos team, and we would strongly recommend that Rixos recognises and keeps such a wonderful employee. People like Alexa are what make a hotel stay truly memorable.

Special praise goes to Antonio, our concierge at the Rixos Libertas Dubrovnik hotel. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful. He was always available, offered excellent recommendations, and went out of his way to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible. His approach to guests, professionalism, and attention to detail are truly outstanding. Everything was excellent, and it is precisely this kind of staff that makes a hotel stay special. Highly recommended—Antonio and the entire Rixos Libertas team! He is definitely an employee worthy of high praise. 👏
