This hotel is set on a 30m-high cliff on Miramare Bay, boasting some of the most spectacular panoramas of the Dalmatian coast. It is just a 15-minute walk down to Dubrovnik Old Town - UNESCO's World Heritage. Dubrovnik Airport is 22 km from the property. This complex offers 91 rooms, individually designed to provide pampering home-away-from-home comfort. Each room comes equipped with air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, safe and en-suite bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries. The hotel features a mini gym looking out onto an indoor swimming pool as well as wellness and spa centre with spectacular views over the cobalt-blue sea. Guests can also go down to the bottom of the cliff to lie back on a pebble beach and soak up the hot Mediterranean sun.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Incredible experience. Was the perfect hotel to cap-off our adventures in Croatia. This is a hotel where you’ll want to stay to enjoy the onsite experience. Rooms were beautifully appointed, fantastic breakfast buffet, great food at the beachside cafe. Make sure to reserve an ocean view room. Worth it.
The trip of a lifetime. I almost hesitate to write this review because I would love to gate -keep this gem of a property!! Our experience was phenomenal. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and were upgraded as a courtesy and let me tell you it was EVERYTHING and more...the views, the service, the property, the spa. Ahhhh, relax and take it in and make sure to stay here if you're headed to Dubrovnik. Also, it's walkable to the city center but beware when people say it's 10 min; its more like 20 and the walk back is up hill 🤣
We stayed at this hotel many years ago before kids and that time we were upgraded to a massive suite. This time we had two connecting rooms for us and our kids. The setup worked well and the rooms remain well kept with the only real complaint that the electronic “blackout shades” are not blackout shades at all. The hotel is on a gorgeous little cove. The beach is rocky so water shoes are recommended which the locals have and we did not. It is also very crowded with locals which is totally fine although the beach attendants, who were very nice and helpful when asked, could be a bit more attentive of making sure the sun deck is exclusively for hotel guests. We did see them out on the beach one afternoon cleaning up trash and water bottles, which was great to see. We had a very nice dinner at Vapor and lunch on the terrace the day we arrived. We thought the breakfast was excellent. We did some Ubers but that was kind of silly except to go to Panorama restaurant. Much better off buying Dubrovnik Pass, walking to corner and getting on bus for free to the Pile Gate. The one oddity about the hotel and our time there was that because of where our room was, when you came up from the beach you had to walk through the fancy restaurant to get to our room. Just felt a bit odd doing that to the guests eating a nice meal!
We have just returned from a lovely week staying at the Bellevue. We had not visited Dubrovnik before but the hotel was in a great position to walk either to the Old Town in one direction or Lapad in the other in roughly 20 minutes each way. Our room was a good size with a balcony overlooking the bay below. Staff were friendly and helpful and the issues we had with things going wrong in our room were all dealt with in a timely manner. The breakfast buffet was great and the menu extensive. We throughly enjoyed our time here and cannot fault anything apart from the air conditioning. We had a sleepless first night as the aircon kept switching itself off in our room and the room was not by any means cool. When we queried this at reception we were told that the temperature in the bedrooms cannot go below 20 degrees for some sort of ‘eco’ purpose and when the room reaches a certain temperature it switches itself off. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that we did not sleep comfortably all week due to the temperature of the room - for the price of the rooms we should have been able to adjust the aircon below 20 degrees to allow us to sleep comfortably which is certainly the case in other hotels we have stayed in.
We definitely enjoyed our stay here - the hotel is very clean and stylishly designed. Everywhere is spotless. The staff are all very friendly - the views from the bar and restaurant, as well as from our room, are stunning sea views of the bay.
Breakfast was excellent - a good buffet selection, nicely presented, and very good table service for any hot elements. All the food at breakfast is very fresh. Candela and Ivan especially stood out in terms of friendly service.
The room was spacious and again stylish; the bed was comfortable with crisp fresh bedding. Towels were nice and soft. Housekeeping daily was very prompt and thorough. We ordered room service a couple of times and response times were quick. There were fresh flowers, prosecco and fruit in our room when we arrived.
We walked to the Old Town easily and it only took about 15 minutes.
We loved lying on the sun loungers at the beach for a couple of our days. The bar there was fine, though we didn't try the food at the beach.
There is a small supermarket over the road from the hotel.
We dined at Vapor Restaurant one evening - we had the tasting menu, and portions were generous, so we were full afterwards. Service was top class and very attentive. Great for a special occasion.
