amazing staff
The staff here was so attentive and great. Amazing breakfast with buffet AND à la carte options. Small but beautiful pool and terrace area. Nice clean room. Walking distance to downtown

Terrible
Perhaps the worst five star hotel I’ve stayed in. The room was definitely the smallest I’ve ever stayed in regardless of stars. I had to move furniture around to even open my suitcase. The single bed was pushed up against a wall and I could barely get out of bed without running into my suitcase. Just awful!

Lovely 5 star boutique hotel!
Lovely hotel about a 15 min walk from the main hustle and bustle of the town.
Previously read bad reviews about the size of the rooms so we upgraded and had no complaints (Superior Double room with side see view - room 110). We had a baby and quite a large cot in the room. Room opened up onto a communal balcony with sunbeds outside your room.
Hotel is “old” but renovated and they keep a lot of the grand elements of the design which is lovely.
Staff are lovely and pleasant.
Breakfast was great, à la carte and buffet selection.
Gym is decent too, dumbbells, treadmills and cable machine. Steam, sauna is also available to use.
All the usual 5 star services like turndown services, cookies left in the room at night.
The only “complaint” I’d have is to leave pool towels for the sunbeds outside the room and check in could be seated with a welcome drink (other 4 star hotels even offer this) but this is such a minor point of feedback.

Being by the seaside
Nice location away from very busy central Split. Duplex room with an excellent view of the sea. Odd room set up with sofa downstairs and tv upstairs. nice penhaligon toiletries. lovely front of house staff contrast with disinterested restaurant staff. breakfast ok though order from the a la carte if you want anything approaching warm. loved being by a proper beach though parts of the seafront look sad.

Beachside hotel, short walk from main attractions
We were here for two days as part of a group tour. The hotel is a short walk from the old town/attractions. We had room 207 and had some peek-a-boo views of the water/ Bacvice Beach across the street.
The room was well appointed with definitely space to unpack both of our large suitcases. The bathroom had all the amenities along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion.
