Rabot Hotel from Hotel Chocolat is one of the most unique hotel experiences I’ve had. Nestled in the lush hills of Soufrière, the property offers breathtaking views of the Pitons and an atmosphere that feels peaceful, private, and completely immersed in nature.
The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. One of the highlights was experiencing the property’s connection to chocolate—from the cacao growing on-site to the various chocolate-inspired experiences available to guests.
The rooms are designed to embrace the surrounding landscape, allowing guests to disconnect and truly appreciate the beauty of Saint Lucia. The views alone are worth the stay, especially at sunrise and sunset.
The food was thoughtfully prepared, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and the overall experience felt authentic rather than overly commercialized. If you’re looking for a resort that offers something different from a traditional beachfront stay, Rabot Hotel delivers an unforgettable experience.
We enjoyed our honeymoon at Hotel Chocolat. Food is 10 out of 10. Views are amazing. We had the luxe lodge and definitely recommend for couples. The verandah space is worth it. We looked forward to the daily delicious breakfast and chocolate truffles in our room mini bar. I miss it already and would love to go back again. Staff and concierge was amazing. Also booking anything from excursions or just a taxi was so easy. Location is very convenient if you want to be close to all the attractions and access to restaurants or nearby beaches.
Lunch at Rabot is an experience on its' own! The ambiance is super chill and classy at the same time. Their Soursop Mocktail in champagne flute is a sparkling dream. Amazing Breadfruut Balls and Salt Fish Fritters. Rice...oh wow. Vegetables like a painting and crispy. The Chocolate Ravioli unique. Then the desserts....... the Chocolate Creme Brulee and Chocolate Tiramisu were OUT OF THIS WORLD! I wanted to take home a tub of each, along with the lovely pastry chef!.
Room was small with no view or aircon Service at breakfast was glacial The food and drinks are very expensive and priced in us$ The fish was overcooked Noisy road Over priced and average quality
