Unique luxury island paradise-magical!
My husband I discovered St. Lucia on our honeymoon 25 years ago. We promised to return one day and we are so glad that we did! This trip was a whole different experience that was like a surreal movie. Upon arrival at Caille Blanc we knew we had found the hidden gem of the island. I felt like I was walking into another world! The view literally took my breath away. Trying to take in all of the carefully designed features throughout the hotel took me the whole week! I felt like we were being welcomed by old friends or family and was immediately at home there. Every detail has been thoughtfully crafted to make your experience unique and special. The Grotto Suite was amazing and the bed was the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept in away from home! The multi-jetted rain style shower and beautifully tiled bathroom was a nice touch of luxury. We chose the all inclusive plan which did not disappoint and we dined on site for all of our meals for 8 days. I enjoyed every drink from breakfast smoothies to the creative cocktails -and the pours were always very generous. I think I sampled everything on the menu and every meal was delicious! These chefs deserve so much credit for the love that goes into every plate. The portions, presentation and flavors all top notch and never once needed any alterations-absolutely mouthwatering! Making our experience so unique was probably the staff and level of service. Everyone there seems truly happy and we could feel the family-like atmosphere. The servers, housekeeping, maintenance, chefs and management all seemed to work together like a well-oiled machine. Any time we needed anything there was someone more than willing to help or get us to someone who could. They also really seemed to care about our experiences and followed up upon our return from outside adventures to the beach, sunset cruise, mud bath and waterfalls. Rides were arranged so easily and the drivers were always kind and knowledgeable with easy conversations along the way. We finished up our week with a couples massage in the open air space overlooking the mountains and ocean. Surrounded by sounds of nature while receiving a great massage is the best! If you are looking to de-stress from real life in a serene, relaxing and true island luxury paradise, I would highly recommend Caille Blanc Villa every time!

An Outstanding Dining Experience
We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome with their friendly and attentive service. The restaurant was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. The views are breathtakingly beautiful.
The food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was prepared to perfection, and you could tell that great care was taken with both the quality of the ingredients and the presentation. The portions were generous, and every bite was delicious.
What truly made this experience stand out was the outstanding customer service. Everyone was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great meal.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for amazing food, excellent service, and a relaxing dining experience. We will definitely be returning and can’t wait to try more items on the menu. Five stars!
Dreams can be REAL
First off, this is my first and only time writing a review of any kind. I’ve traveled many places, been to countless restaurants but never felt compelled enough to share it with the internet. Saint Lucia and particularly Caille Blanc Villa have left me no choice but to share how incredible my experience was. As the husband to be, my only job was to plan out our honeymoon. I completely winged it (reviews don’t help me much) and I chose a country I’ve never been to, a villa within that country I’ve never heard of, and I feel like I hit the lottery! The views at Caille Blanc will astonish you…friends at home believed most of our posts were AI and not real photos! As breathtaking as the views were, there was an even more incredible aspect of our stay and that is the staff at CBV. I don’t spend a lot of time online but the employees deserve praise that I can’t even describe in words. From the chef to the waitresses, drivers, managers every single employee was better than I could’ve imagined. Food was a 10/10, views out of a movie, not a detailed missed in cleanliness/presentation, and a staff that blew my mind. This place and the people who work here made our honeymoon so special it was better than my best, imagined version of what it could be leading up to the trip. I want to thank Caille Blanc and staff from the bottom of my heart. Thank you and I appreciate every single one of you. And YES, I will absolutely be back…only question is how soon is too soon!

Slice of heaven
The owner Alisa was very kind when we couldn’t make it there in Jan due to extreme weather so we got to come in May! Well worth the wait! Those from the airport is about an hour, the final road up the mountain is unpaved and super treacherous! Do not rent a car! They’ll take you everywhere. The property is spectacular! We had the grotto suite which was massive w an entire deck , plunge pool and bath tub to ourselves! The view is dreamy! The staff is lovely. Ernie was super helpful with all our requests and questions. Get the banana chocolate chip pancakes!! They should scheduled as a Class 1 drug! Absolutely insane! I gotta hand it to Chef. The food was amazing and thoughtful. Go to Anse Chastanet beach. Best snorkeling right off the beach. Then go to their seaside restaurant and order the coconut ceviche. The best I’ve ever had! Wash that down with a Painkiller from Melvin. Then be lazy and order a taxi from Ernie to take you up the bumpy road (or walk it’s like 15 min) then go jump in Callie’s spectacular cliffhanger pool! You’ve died and gone to heaven!
