Truly an experience not to be missed
It may just be the most beautiful resort in the Caribbean; pictures can not do it justice. We spent a week here, four adults. We had rented a three-bedroom residence with private pool and butler service. To say we felt in paradise and spoiled would be an understatement. From the moment we arrived Karan our Butler greeted us with cool mint face clothes, welcomed us and gave us a tour. Both Karan and Mosiah each day would txt us taking care of meal reservations, drinks, car service, groceries, honest anything we needed they arranged. We had breakfast delivered to our villa each morning and enjoyed lounging by our private pool or a short walk to an amazing beach. Housekeeping was magical, our rooms were cleaned when we were not in the villa, they did such an amazing job in every aspect! Our pool towels were replenished each day, and pool was clean and the perfect temperature. To get around the resort the vans are always available to pick you up and take you where you want to go as the resort is spread out and hills everywhere. We took a chocolate making class that was very fun and delicious! The restaurants were all very good, we had the famous Jetty urger at the Jetty by the beach and was excellent!! A private catamaran was a highlight and well worth it! We had spa services in small huts up in the hills, a beautiful experience I even convinced my husband to have a facial (his first ever) and said he may actually do it again. The gym was large and had many different forms of equipment, the only downfall is it is glass and gets very hot inside, but my son who is a marathon runner was able to do 15 miles a day in it. We have traveled to most of Caribbean, Hawaii, Europe and this would be the one place I would come back to. Sugar Bay staff, each and every one of you work so hard to make sure guests are happy and have a memorable stay. “Rooms were amazing,,, staff was so friendly,, food was delish” - all standard things people say but Sugar Beach takes it up a level. Every room/villa/cottage is meticulous with amazing views. Getting around the resort is so accessible and everything is at your fingertips as they have an app allowing instant response to any inquiry. Our butlers assisted in planning all dining and activities, giving great perspective on what we all would enjoy (Sulphur Springs & a sailing experience we’re on our agenda). And you could not beat the fine waterfront dining. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Viceroy @ Sugar Beach
We had a wonderful stay at the Viceroy Resort at Sugar Beach. The entire staff was incredibly attentive and made our visit very enjoyable.
Our butler, Tyran, was especially outstanding. From the very first day, he was welcoming, professional, and always available to help. He took care of our reservations, transportation around the resort, and anything else we needed, which made our stay completely relaxing.
The restaurants on property were excellent, with great food throughout our stay. Our villa was beautiful, with an amazing view, private pool, and outdoor shower.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a truly memorable stay. A special thank-you to Tyran for taking such great care of us!
Paradise destination
Our experience at Sugar Beach was amazing, the resort is nested between two pitons, with beautiful views, clear water beaches, top notch service and incredibly relaxing atmosphere! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a escape to paradise.

A real paradise, in the middle of the nature, beautiful villas, beautiful beaches, 100% relax. Very good services. Hope to go back soon.
