Beautiful, staff were friendly and responsive our butlers jesse and monique made sure we had a good time and looked after us well would recommend for family & couples

Had great time, I enjoyed the food truck and the entertainment. Views from the hotel when very scenic.
No mattresses on sun beds
Writing this whilst we are on our second visit. Can I ask recent guests if there were mattresses on the beds around the pools please? I know there were up to three weeks ago. Have been messaging daily to enquire why , message today ,sorry for the inconvenience! 5* hotel with hard, plastic beds to relax you for your entire holiday! Just asking from recent guests. Will take further.
I understand its a first world problem but surely, no comfort ??
