The beach hotel is located next to the beach amidst green hills on a coral cliff that juts into a moon-shaped beach. The club resort on the island of St. Lucia is approximately 7 km from the capital city of Castries and the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.
Renovated in 2009, the spa complex offers a full range of modern comforts and amenities, such as shops, Internet access and the best facilities for couples. The air-conditioned establishment offers 331 rooms in total and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe and currency exchange facilities. Further facilities include a hairdressing salon, bar, pub, restaurant and laundry service.
The hotel offers deluxe rooms with a large and cosy living room with comfortable sofas and a plasma TV. The terrace opens outdoors with plantation-style sliding doors which reveal the beauty of the Caribbean Sea. The rooms are also equipped with amenities like air conditioning, Internet access, a fridge, ironing set and a safe. A direct dial telephone, radio, hifi and an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer also feature in all guest rooms as standard.
The complex has 4 outdoor swimming pools with a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Guests may also take part in an aerobics session, work out in the gym, relax in the hot tub or sauna or choose from a selection of spa and massage treatments. Water sports enthusiasts may go diving, windsurfing, sailing or canoeing. Further sport and leisure activities include tennis, table tennis, pool/snooker, basketball, volleyball, beach volleyball, bocce and golf. The hotel organises entertainment programmes for adults. Sun loungers are provided on the sandy beach.
The hotel offers all-inclusive packages, with a continental breakfast buffet served each morning and set menu options for lunch and dinner.

Simply Exceptional!
We have recently returned from an amazing holiday at Sandals Regency La Toc in St Lucia and I can honestly say it exceeded all of our expectations.
From the moment we arrived to the day we left everything was exceptional. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, friendly and genuinely committed to making guest experience special. A particular mention must go to Jacintha who was simply outstanding. Her kindness and professionalism made a real difference to our holiday, and she is a true credit to the resort.
Having worked in the hotel industry in the UK for 35 years and also visiting many all inclusive resorts over the years I feel I have a good understanding of what makes a great customer experience. For the price, Sandals Regency La Toc offers exceptional value for money. They have truly got everything right, from the quality of the food and drinks to the excellent service, beautiful surroundings and seamless organisation.
The beach is stunning with crystal clear waters and fantastic snorkeling right from the shore. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of St Lucia.
My husband and I have always said we would never return to the same resort twice as there are so many incredible places in the world to explore. However, we would make an exception for this one and wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

One of Our Best Holidays
The General manager Mr Filius Laurent has one of the best hotels and definately the best staff in the world. Everyone from the managerment, Audrey, Jacintha, David, Ray, to the staff Jayden, Vernisha, Malika & Fayne made our stay here absolutely amazing.
The staff here are so friendly and hard working, I thought Jayden and Vernisha had twin siblings as they were working in several of the resturants during the day. I also have to say a big thank you to Bradley as he was the shuttle driver between La Toc & The Grande and he took us through his shortcuts to avoid the traffic due to Carnival preperations and entertained us all along the way.
There rooms are spacious and the showers warm and powerful. The Super King sized beds were so comfortable. All the rooms are equiped with TVs, Irons, Hairdryers and umbrellas (we needed them a few times) that is the reason why St Lucia is so lush.
The beach is all sand and the waves get a little rough but this was a highlight of our stay. There are several pools and many bars dotted around the resort. The food options are plentiful and generally very good quality. There is a buffet for breakfast and other resturants such as St Lucian, italian, french and japanese that need to be booked. Best to do that on the first day if you are not staying for long. We orgainsed one excursion with Hot Chocolate Tours and they were absolutely amazing.
We had dinner at the Indian restaurant in The Grand and it was amazing, indian chefs and very friendly staff.
There were too many bar staff to mention but all of them were amazing. They would suggest different cocktails and if you had a regular drink they would get it ready without asking.
There were many couples here celebrating their honeymoon and I think this is one resort that is ideal for that. I would suggest the beach dinner and the photo shoot if you are here celebrating that.
We would definately return to Sandals La Toc it is that good. The staff sing to you when you arrive and when you leave. My only critism is that the leaving song needs to be less cheerful....lol

Our stay at La Toc was nothing short of unforgettable! We traveled as two couples celebrating our wedding anniversaries, and from the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.
After a long day of travel, Brianna at the front desk immediately made us feel at home. Her kindness stood out as she personally escorted us to our room, ensuring we were comfortable and settled in. That level of hospitality set the tone for an incredible week.
A very special thank you to our “Ray of Sunshine,” who quickly became like family. Every day, she greeted us with warmth, joy, and such genuine care that we looked forward to seeing her. Her attentiveness and heart for people made our vacation even more meaningful, and we will always remember the impact she had on our experience. The girls at the French restaurant stole our hearts and were always nearby with a smile!
The food was great. The variety across the resort kept us excited to try something new each day. The views were breathtaking, with stunning ocean scenery everywhere we looked. It truly felt like paradise.
One of the highlights of our trip was visiting Sandals Grande St. Lucian for dinner at Bombay. The meal was exceptional, and we had the pleasure of meeting Sharma, whose hospitality was outstanding. Sharma took incredible care of us and made the evening feel so special. We also met wonderful people there who made the experience even more memorable.
Thank you to everyone at Sandals La Toc and Sandals Grande for making our anniversary celebration one we will never forget. The exceptional service, beautiful property, delicious food, and heartfelt hospitality created memories that will stay with us for a lifetime!

An Unforgettable stay at Sandals La Toc in St Lucia
Our recent stay at Sandals La Toc in St. Lucia exceeded every expectation, largely thanks to the incredible team who took care of us. Our butlers, Eva, Lisa, and Dalina, were absolutely amazing so friendly and attentive, they went above and beyond every single day to make our stay memorable and effortless. From the moment we arrived, they anticipated our needs and made everything feel easy.
The food was outstanding across the board, but Soy and Kimono’s stood out as our favorites. A special shoutout to Chef Myers, who put on a fantastic show at the teppanyaki table. He was funny, engaging, and clearly knew how to read and entertain his audience. It made for one of the most memorable dining experiences of the trip.
The management team was also wonderful, always checking in to make sure everything was running smoothly. And the head housekeeper, I believe her name was Cheryl and her staff deserve a mention too our room was spotless and well-stocked throughout our entire stay.
Location: Perched above Castries harbor, the resort’s hillside setting offers stunning views and a peaceful escape while still being close to everything St. Lucia has to offer.
Atmosphere: Elegant yet relaxed the perfect balance for couples looking to unwind without feeling stuffy or overly formal.
Amenities: The resort had everything we needed and more beautiful pools, a full-service spa, well-kept grounds, and multiple dining venues that kept every meal exciting. Everything felt polished and well-maintained throughout the property.
Value: With the butler service, incredible dining options, and top-notch staff, it felt like every dollar was well spent. This is a trip worth the investment.
Noise Level: Peaceful and quiet, especially in the evenings a great spot for those wanting a calm, romantic getaway rather than a party atmosphere.
Between the exceptional service, delicious food, and genuine warmth from every staff member, Sandals La Toc gave us a truly five-star experience. We’ll absolutely be back!
