Wonderful experience
We had a great time at the property. The service was super. On Sunday night the workers had to go all out to provide the super service to the scores of guests who thronged the dining rooms. Salute to the dining room and other staff members.

gOOD ENOUGH
I enjoyed my stay at Riu Ocho Rios. some of the staff were so friendly and helpful others were not friendly at all.. I understand because sometimes we have bad days, but working in those kind of places, it seems like you have to be" on " all the time. so my empathy is there for them. the food was disappointing, I was expecting such a family friendly resort to have better tasting food because I did not see much "night life" experiences, so at least give us great food. I went to Montego bay 2 times and i and the food was awesome! So it was a shock when we came here. I loved that the bathrooms were clean EVERYTIME I WENT IN THERE. This resort is very clean and visually appealing. Overall its a 3/5 because the food, lack of entertainment (Monday to Thursday that I was there), and how nonchalant some of the staff were.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The property was cleaned and well maintained. The entire experience was amazing.
Amazing adventure to Jamaica
This was a amazing place, all the amenities, and the food.. the food, great service great friendly staff a lot to do great accommodations. Just an overall trip that benefited the family very well very cleanly and organized as well.

Second great experience
Second time staying here, perfect for a family holiday. We stayed for 5 nights before moving on to the next part of our holiday. Staff are welcoming and entertainment staff are 10/10. Rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Food options are great and also very fresh. Obviously all inclusive drinks are on tap all cocktails tried were great. Will be returning again!
