Great Family Resort
Food was surprisingly good, nice vibe throughout the day and the all white party was ecstatic. Amenities over all was great although the room needs some improvement. Big up to the waiter Jason that works in the main buffet restaurant he is a model employee.
First time won’t be the last
Wow wow wow Just got back from this amazing hotel Food was great Entertainment was out of this world Clean Only one thing I can complain about is the room service , had to pay for them to top up the fridge Big shout out to Brianna Vanessa and not forgetting RJ You all make the entertainment side worth going to We will be back next year Thank you for an amazing vacation
Lovely holiday
Lovely family holiday, 8 of us went for 4 nights, 2 on a separate booking and we asked if we could be in the same building and this was done. Hotel grounds was lovely. Checking in and out was very quick and easy, hotel was easy to navigate, staff nice and helpful, food was good- pescatarian or vegetarian lots of choices, can book restaurants using app but only 2 people per room, would be nice to be able to book all 8 of us into a restaurant instead of having each room do it individually. Staff at reception was happy to help with this. hotel clean overall- only issue is when room floor was cleaned it remains wet for a long time, and ac makes even the walls damp. Had to open the balcony door and use bath mat to wipe floor as a few of my long clothes got wet. And need a kettle in the room for tea, only a percolator for coffee available. Wasn’t an issue, sports bar open 24hrs you could get hot or cold drinks. Beds comfortable, nice waking up to the sounds and view of the ocean. lots of space to chill at sea side, pool and in lobby area. Hotel had a lot of people but did not feel crowded. Entertainment staff was excellent, there is always something to do or you can just relax. Would definitely go back to RIU ochie

I had the most amazing time at this hotel! It was so lovely and relaxing and the hotel staff were the best. Especially the entertainment team, there energy was amazing and I loved watching the shows every night! It felt like a home from home🥰 I would really recommend everyone to go to this hotel☺️

Unsatisfactory
Spent many times here before refurbishment sadly it’s gone downhill Sadly the food has declined and to see the Jamaican food section in the morning just in a small corner not a good look The jerk hut was a big no no supposed to be jerk chicken not roast chicken with pepper on it marinate the chicken properly overnight let the seasoning soak in people wearing pyjamas into Buffett a big turnoff also
