Amazing honeymoon
We had our honeymoon here and had an absolutely amazing time. I could go on about how phenomenal all of the restaurants were or how amazing our room was or even how spotless every aspect of this resort is, but I really think it’s the people who make the difference here. This resort has some of the best entertainment I have ever seen- specifically starfire!! This resort has no clue how lucky they are to have her working there…she truly belong in Vegas or on stage. Doing karaoke, she has the nicest voice I’ve ever heard live. Her dancing is amazing and especially the way she gets everyone involved. Her energy is amazing, literally someone you want to spend your whole trip with!! There is nobody who created a better atmosphere than her. When we look back at our honeymoon, she made it SO great. The other entertainers are SO fun, I just wish I got their names. I also want to give a huge shout out to these 3 bartenders who went out of their way to make sure my husband and I had a great time: Tijay and Sasha-Gaye at the pool bar and Sue-Anne at the MVP bar. Your kindness, time to get to know us and attention to detail meant everything to us. These staff are one of a kind!!!!
Princess Senses The Mangrove - 10/10!
Me and my dad just went on a duo trip to the Princess Senses The Mangrove hotel on vacation this week. It was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel is beautiful, and the large, walkable beach is amazing. The resort is quite large, so there was lots of space to relax and enjoy the sounds and views of the ocean. The adults side of the resort provided a very relaxed atmosphere. The hotel was clean and decorated beautifully, and we stayed in a Junior Platinum Suite which was extremely spacious and nicely appointed, with my favorite part being the outdoor jacuzzi on the balcony. The food was nothing short of amazing. We ate at the seafood, Mexican, French, and sushi restaurant, which all had great choices. The French restaurant is a must, and the desserts were some of the best I have ever had. Thank you to Chef Johnoy for making it a special experience! The staff were all very kind and knew how to cultivate a fun atmosphere, along with being very attentive. Our butlers, Michael-Lee and Brian did a great job attending to our needs, and set up a special graduation surprise with balloons and champagne in our room, which was a great addition! I would also like to shout out Tiffany in entertainment and Ricardo for giving us a smooth check in. There truly is something for everyone at this resort whether you want to party or just relax, and we cannot wait to come back and experience it again.
I'd Do It Again!
I can't say enough wonderful things about this new resort! Although it's one U-shaped property with both an adults-only section (Princess Senses Mangrove) and a family section (Princess Grand), the separation between the two was excellent. In fact, there were even security personnel stationed between the two areas to ensure each side maintained the experience guests were expecting. The only amenities shared are the restaurants, which worked perfectly.
We stayed in the Platinum Suite on the adults-only Princess Senses Mangrove side, and the level of service, care, and personal attention was truly exceptional. We were originally assigned a room with two beds and asked on our very first day if a king bed might become available. Nothing was open at the time, which we completely understood.
What impressed me most was that we only asked once. Four days later, our butler found a room with a king bed and immediately arranged the move for us. The fact that they remembered our request several days later and continued looking for a solution without us ever having to follow up speaks volumes about how attentive and guest-focused the staff truly are.
I would not hesitate to recommend this resort to couples, friends traveling together, or families. The thoughtful layout allows everyone to enjoy the vacation experience they're looking for, while the outstanding service makes you feel genuinely valued throughout your stay.
Great Family Fun
My family and I had a great experience. The resort looks great, the staff were welcoming, entertainment was top notch, restaurants were very nice, food was good. It was a great great experience and I hope to be back soon.
We love princess and we are coming back
We recommend princess the hotel is excellent and all the staff are all amazing. We want to highlight the entertainment team with raw talent, our man Bradley, Starfire , Blue with the leg, little miss Berry who was the MC for the show and dance in the show.
